"Good for low season"
Spent two nights at Ushuaia Ibiza, our stay was mid May so before all of the opening parties. Overall, the room accommodations were not very impressive they could be compared to a jazzed up motel. We were not staying in the Tower side so that experience could possibly be different. However, even with the less than average rooms I am still glad we picked this hotel due to the time of year we visited, since it was low season in Ibiza this hotel still offered some activity and liveliness. Personally I would never Ibiza again this time of year, many places have limited hours or are not open yet. If it was high season this resort it might have been a bit too much for us and I probably would not stay here. Pros: Great staff at front desk and bar staff Lively atmosphere with nice pool area Decent amenities and restaurants Access to Hard Rock gym free of charge If you are staying during low season and looking for some ‘sign of life’, it is a good option Cons: Rooms average at best Average beach If you expect luxury accommodations do not stay here
The staff was very pleasant and kind from the very beginning. The Garden room is amazing because of the easy access to the parties. Everything is very clean and organized. Overall don't think that we could have had a better hotel experience in Ibiza then Ushuaia.
"Awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Reaaaaaly Awesome!"
Well, all I can say about this place is that you feel alive again. Beautiful people, amazing music and fantastic rooms. They think of everything! I really mean everything! I had a jacuzzi on my balcony, looking at the stage! Seriously, could this be any better' I spent a few days on the property and loved every second of it. The price may be off putting, but worth every penny. Everyone there is ready to have a good time.
My husband and I celebrated my birthday here during Martin Garrix closing party, INSANE. We stayed in the Fashion Victim Suite with a balcony over looking both the beach and pool, also included a Jacuzzi outside. Very sexy. The room is not as big as it may appear in pictures but spacious, has a DJ turntables (assuming people host their own private parties'), shower next to the bed, a fully stocked bar (purchase at your own discretion). Service was great beginning to end, we purchased some liquor at duty free which didn't make it up to our rooms. After a few hours hotel staff was able to locate the liquor, they really went above and beyond searching. Even in the midst of us partying they would continuously check in with us to make sure all was OK. Pool staff was great. Keep in mind we went in September somewhat of a low peak season. I cant even imagine high peak season. Taxi stand right outside the hotel, its on the beach, tons of other hotels along the same strip. It's a great location. At the end of the day it's a party hotel, party capital of the world. Don't expect St Regis type service, lets be realistic here.
"Mixture of business and pleasure."
While we love the live music, the insane amount of people and the crazy atmosphere and the waiting staff do bend over backwards. However for £1000 a night you would expect perfection. Main reception are pretty slow to sort stuff and i do apperciate a language barrier but like i said, £1000 a night just for the suite you really should be given a diamond service. All in all its an incredible experiance and i have done it a few times in my life and it really once of a life time moment. If you're into headlining acts and want to be right in the action, this is the place to be.
