Hotel resort maravilhoso. Localizado próximo ao aeroporto, mais ou menos 15/20 minutos de carro. Tudo perfeito. Desde o check in até o aeroporto. Todos os funcionários falam inglês o suficiente para atender aos hóspedes com muita eficácia e educação. Excelente estrutura de lazer. Praia não muito bonita mas a piscina do hotel compensa. Recomendo o Spa que tem um ótimo atendimento, com valores altos em comparação com outros fora do hotel, mas que valem cada centavo. Restaurante Adaman com jantar muito bom e café da manhã melhor ainda. Elevador para evitar as escadarias é um ponto extremamente positivo já que o acesso a todo o hotel depende de escadas tornando a acessibilidade possível. Super recomendo este hotel!!!
"Stopover para um vôo gigantesco"
Marriot próximo ao aeroporto de Phuket. Tem um spa maravilhoso, um café sensacional, um staff de primeira. A praia não é ideal para banho como as que estivemos pois está cheia de pedras que machucam os pés, mas pode ser ideal para quem pratica kite. Sim, ele está muito afastado de tudo, exceto do aeroporto. O motorista do hotel te leva até la com os carros do marriot com um transfer de salvo engano de 400 bht. Cheio triste ver uma construção abandonada á esquerda da praia. Sensação de tristeza. Nem sei se está relacionado os tsunami ou não, mas não é legal.

Hideaway spot, medium size private property with quality service the Marriott brand can offer. Perfect way to spend your quality time whether to enjoy with a family or by yourself. The property offer seclusive beachfront, treat yourself with spa and massage, dine in at their couple of restaurant outlets with beachfront bar that you can enjoy day and night. Famous mango cheesecake and breakfast almond croissant is a must!
"Quiet, functional resort yet lack of details"
Overall, there are few things that stand out in this hotel: The staff service is good, always with big smile :) The food quality is good - both western and thai. The room décor is very nice (this zen touch) gives you a feel of serenity. It has 3 restaurants, pool, fitness which fulfil most of our needs staying at the hotel (given the hotel is fairly isolated...) We found there is lack of considerate details: 1. there is one umbrella in the room and we have two persons. During monsoon seasons, it's not so convenient 2. only 2 shuttles per day to Nai Yang beach. 3. the layout of the hotel is bit weird and it's because it is renovated from an old hotel so the breakfast place is in the middle of the site without seaview while the Big Fish seafront restaurant were left empty most of the time (under-utilizing the space definitely), 4. lack of signs and directions - my friend made 5 rounds of the hotel to locate the gym which is located next to one of the guest rooms on the ground floor (so it's a small, hidden and enclosed gym) 5. missed one turn down first day check in 6. lack of connectivity to the town. We found it very strange that the 5-star hotel like Marriott does not offer booking services e.g. motorcycle, car rental for hotel guests. The staff replied that they are not allowed to book on behalf of guests with only exception of taxi booking (we all know taxi in Phuket is ripe off for tourists). This is not common for a 5-star hotel not to offer such booking offerings. My friend (thai) and I stay with many hotels in Phuket - Marriott should offer much better connectivity for hotel guest especially its location is VERY isolated. 7. the hotel beach is bit shallow beach and it's not the ideal beach for swimming. If you want water sports, you need to talk to Nai Yang beach (15 mins walk from the hotel). 8. there isn't enough trees. with the old building, the resort gives you a feeling of a condo feel without enough green. there are 3 pathetic palm trees in front of the Big Fish restaurant (see pic) and there's probably the most depressing scene for a 5-star resort. 9. the hotel somehow uses small trees to block all the good sea views - no clue why they are doing it (another pic is just one example) We stay at this hotel for 3 nights and feel that we have decreasing energy during our stay. There just isn't much variety of activities in the hotel and it host lots of Chinese tourists which perhaps make the activities unnecessary (most Chinese tour just came to stay over night and leave in the morning). We feel the hotel is bit "dead" and lack of energy overall. We have an impression that the hotel has much potential yet seems to prefer not to invest much after taking over from the previous owner.
From the moment arriving at the hotel we were treated with unbelievable hospitality from Ms.Amm and her staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them.... The beach villa with pool upgrade was amazing , the villa itself is stunning and immaculately decorated. I can only thank Ms Amm and her staff for making our holiday extremely relaxing and memorable.. We definitely are looking forward to coming back in the future 😁
