"Don't feel valued "
Didn't have a good experience staying at this hotel primarily because the ladies at the front desk are very impolite and dont have a warm helping attitude. While their English / accent is imperfect..they tell me with a frustrated look that they can't understand when iam actually speaking I'm simple plain perfect English... We dragged our own luggage to our room which I would have expected the Potter to take care...I observed their services are for select customers and that should not be the case as we all pay the same charges For me along with amenities.. The attitude and helpful nature of the staff at a restaurant is important so no I wouldn't recommend this hotel
"OK hotel with outdated interiors"
The hotel did look good in pics, but once you enter in real its OLD. The reception is dated, with only 1 person handling all the activities. Rooms are big but with old furniture and the bed mattress was terrible as we could not get a good sleep for 2 nights we were there. Restaurant was OK and breakfast spread was also below par. Hotel location is pretty decent and about 15-20 mins to the beach and walking street. Will probably not stay in this hotel again.
We had selected the Signature Pattaya as our proffered hotel for stay during our visit to Pattaya. We had booked this through a package from MMT. We reached around 10:30 AM wherein our checkin time was 12 Noon. Ambiance: Nice place however not near the beach. It is about 20 mins walk to reach the beach although you can see the beach from the window it is no way near it the hotel was in itself a good. Spacious rooms. clean rooms. All the basic amenities required was available. Reception: Rude and clueless is what i would put it as. We reached at 10:30 and requested for one room early if possible as we had one small kid with us. The customer service is a absolute 0. if they did not have the room ready they could say so . They were outright rude and said they cant give a room. Next we got one room which had city view and the other which had pool view. When we asked if it was possible to get another room with pool view an outright no. it can only be given if we pay for it. Not sure how one room came with pool view without paying. Next day when we wanted to go out and asked for help they said wait for Bell boy who never showed up. when I again tried to reach out for help the lady said "it is your problem you should know". I asked if Uber works in this region " You should find out" This really ticked me off and was absolutely distraught and we booked our own taxi and went off. When we returned the said Bell boy who was very helpful and polite said he could arrange for better deals and next day he arranged for taxi and everything. Not sure if they are really having difficulty with English or they are acting up but trust me these people should not be sitting on the reception desk. Breakfast: Breakfast was included and it was good not great. the people waiting on us were very helpful and courteous far away from the way reception behaved Overall the property is good but do not have any expectations from the hotel. If you ask my opinion I would straightforward say NO to this place. Service is what matters but this has left a bad taste. I will not recommend this hotel becuase of the service of the front desk and reception.
"Clean and spacious rooms would go back again. "
The hotel is about 15min walk to walking street, and the ferry pier to Koh Larn (coral island) it is close enough to walk or take the tuk tuk bus/bike. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the deluxe rooms has ocean views. The breakfast was nice, with something different on he menu each day. The hotel seems to be occupied by swamps of Indians or middle eastern group, they can be quite noisy at times. Even in the middle of the night! The pool was very nice, but freezing!
"Rude receptionist and overall outdated"
The hotel looked good on the photos, but the photos do lie. Sadly I was to tired to take any photos, but the room was big, but the bathroom was not really as pictured. The bathtub looked a lot bigger on the photos, but when you looked closer you saw it was the same. So they have used photos in a way which really doesn't represent the hotel.
