Dont go to this hotel theyre racist , were black and all the waiters at Carlota , laughing at us and want to sell drgs to us ,the worst hotel in my life better four seasons .

$1500/night. For noise they can’t fix
Insulation is so bad you feel like you’re sleeping next to a truck stop and autobahn. The mattress is so dented it was difficult to sleep. Staff was excellent. Location is fine.
No Marriott Bonvoy points
The hotel and staff were lovely. However, they will not award me my Marriott Bonvoy points as the hotel was booked via a travel agent rather than direct.
