Amazing customer service!
Customer service was impeccable. All the staff members who assisted us over our two night stay at the Queens Vic hotel were lovely, welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Good value
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Good value especially for a family. Only issue is our bathroom kept making noises throughout the night.
