Location

Located just 30 minutes from Marrakech airport, the Agafay Desert is a true lunar landscape made up of hard sand dunes and rockery, where wadis (valleys and dry river beds) meander. The desert stretches over more than 20 km with an amazing micro-climate at the foot of the Atlas range while the climatic conditions are close to those of the Sahara, and offers a breathtaking view, different lights from dawn to dusk and snow-capped peaks, including Toubkal, in the background.
