"What a great experience"
This hotel ticks just about every box and more. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful nothing is to much trouble. Carafes of water, the best in room coffee I have ever had at any hotel. The Executive King room was bright, clean, with a fully stocked mini bar, a basket of snacking goodies all at very reasonable in room prices. Complimentary Continental breakfast was not extensive but still contained enough of a selection to keep anyone happy. Look forward to the day I can return. There was also a live solo evening guitarist/singer for entertainment.
We stayed here for 2 days, and I must say, it is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! They think of everything to keep their customers happy! I loved the funky Art Deco decor and the spaciousness. We had the Esecutive King Suite on the 6th floor. Maid service was prompt and left little goodies and fresh water in the decanter every night, the gym was great, had all the necessary things to maintain fitness. FRont desk also were super friendly and accomdating. We had the continental breakfast was much better than expected, fresh boiled eggs (not the kind from frozen), granola, fresh fruit, coissants, muffins, bagels, yogurt, and priscuitto and salami and fresh fruit juices. Treat yourself to this hotel :) it is worth your stay.
"Great Boutique Hotel in the heart of Yaletown"
I recently stayed at the Opus Hotel in Vancouver while there for work and I will definitely return! The attention to detail and the staff truly blew me away. Everyone I encountered greeted me with a huge smile and went over and above. Little things like the music playing in my room when I returned for bed, water beside the bed, an ipad in every room (super bonus) the delicious macaroons - everything was awesome. AND on a side note, as soon as you walk in the lobby you are greeted by the most intoxicating scent - it's fabulous! I can't wait to stay again.
Very helpful ,friendly staff. My travel plans had changed so needed to change arrival and departure times. This was done with no problems.Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, which is close to restaurants, coffee shops I would stay again.
"Boutique Hotel with Awesome Concierge"
From the moment I stepped foot in front of Opus, I was made to feel at home. Greeted with a glass of prosecco and a helping hand, I checked in. Unfortunately I arrived a bit early, so my room was not ready immediately, but the concierge stowed my luggage and moved to my room as soon as it was available. The concierge helped recommend places and neighborhoods to visit, and provided directions as well. Once I was back from my adventures, I entered my room, and was amazed. Posh and modern with a great view of the city. Turn down service with music playing and fun candy for a snack. Also, the toiletries provided were top notch and made me feel quite glamorous. I will be returning on my next visit to Vancouver
