The Market Manager will be responsible of developing and maintaining a high quality relationship with the hotels.
Market Managers will continuously work with their hotel partners to maximize the production potential by using marketing, distribution and revenue management tools.
The core focus for this position is to drive revenue and room night volume for an assigned area through managing a portfolio of hotels.
Mission :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hotel partners in his assigned area

The Market Coordinator plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the Market Manager to enhance partner hotels' performance. This role is responsible for optimizing existing hotel content and maintaining consistent communication with hotel partners. The primary objective is to ensure that hotel profiles are up-to-date and accurately represent essential information, such as room categories, room features, and cancellation policies.
Mission :
- Validation of New Hotels: Assist in the validation process for newly added hotels.
- Content Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain hotel information to ensure its accuracy.
- Content Optimization: Process content updates and optimization requests from market managers, contributing to the continuous improvement of hotel profiles.
- Parity Check: Conduct weekly parity checks and maintain relevant report files to monitor and ensure competitive pricing.
- Hotel Partner Liaison: Handle content update requests from hotel partners, maintaining open and productive communication.
- Actively participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives within the department.
Skills & competencies required :
- Bachelor's Degree (with a preference for a major in tourism or hospitality).
- Speaks English (mandatory) and French and/or Spanish fluently.
- Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating autonomy, taking on responsibilities, and accepting supervision when necessary.

The affiliation coordinator will be responsible for analysing and evaluating the full picture of the current affiliates, suggest and implement optimization actions as well as search for new affiliate partnerships. The Customer Service Agent will be working 40 hours per week in different shifts, with an international team.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling pre and post hotel reservations inquiries through high use of emails and calls.
Mission :
As an intermediary between customers and hotels, the Customer Service Agent will be in charge of:
