The Tryp Mar Hotel is an extraordinary building that has 14 floors of hotel rooms looking over the splendid city of Barcelona.
The hotel is a vertical elliptical structure, developed from a special comprehensive decoration project and carefully planned down to the last detail, which has become one of the emblematic buildings in Barcelona.
One of the strong points of the Tryp Condal Mar Hotel is its original cuisine. The hotel has two restaurants, the Buffet restaurant specialising in Mediterranean cuisine and the Takenomori, this is the hotel's à la carte restaurant, open daily for dinner and serving lunch from Friday to Sunday. It specialises in seasonal Catalan cooking with some light Eastern-style touches.
For the business traveller, the hotel has a meeting room that holds 250 people and that can be divided in five fully soundproofed independent rooms. The first floor also offers four more rooms, also dividable and with natural light.
The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool and a bar that are located on the roof top overlooking the city.
