"Excellent hotel and staff ⚜️😊⚜️😊"
Where to begin' I booked this hotel after scouring the internet for suitable hotels for our 10 year wedding anniversary and 1st time in Paris. Price was reasonable and included breakfast, the photos looked elegant and the reviews were all great, and the location looked ideal in the heart of the action, and it delivered on ALL marks. The room was rather small but it was adequate and cozy once you realize that most rooms are small in Paris. The two men who assist with bags, reservations, breakfast, etc (Daniel and Ananda) were amazingly polite and extremely helpful every day. Can't say enough about their service. The front desk staff in particular Carlos was also a pleasure to interact with. We would most DEFINITELY stay here on our next trip to Paris! Breakfast was lovely every morning and makes such a big difference in starting your day off fully charged! This boutique hotel was perfect for our trip and we are soooooo sad to go home tomorrow. Thank you West-End Hotel! ⚜️❤️⚜️❤️
"Hidden Gem in the Golden Triangle"
My wife and i stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. I had first starting staying here for business about 4 years ago and how i stay here on personal travel. The hotel is classic French, very clean and well appointed, the staff speaks English and the breakfast in the morning is perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance of the Champs Elysee and all the shopping. They knew who i was from past stays and upgraded our room, which was really nice. Most important, the staff makes you feel welcome - it is why i keep coming back.
"good place in Paris"
The hotel is situated near avenue de Montaigne, Champs Elysées (triangle d'Or). Very nice welcoming, Big room but unfortunately near the elevator. But we heard the others door all the night. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast small in a very small room, better to take in another place....
"My new favourite Hotel"
My husband and myself stayed here for one night on a quick weekend in Paris. We arrived a few hours earlier than check in but they let us leave our bags there while we went to explore and find some lunch. The hotel is in a great location, just off of the Champs Elysees close to the Arc de Triomphe. It is surrounded by amazing designer stores and fabulous restaurants, some very touristy and some delicious french local bistros. the hotel is beautifully decorated and smells amazing (they have candles and pomanders that you can buy that have the same scent that is designed exclusively for this hotel). Our room was on the 5th floor and it was situated on the corner which was a bonus as we had 3 huge big windows that you could step through onto the wrap around balcony, with incredible views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. The room was a good size and it was beautifully decorated and very cosy. The bed was very comfy also. The reception area is warm and inviting and there is a lovely lounge area with a trust bar where you can help yourself to spirits and tee and coffee. The staff were helpful and friendly. I loved this hotel and would love to stay there on our next trip to Paris. I would highly recommend it to everyone, FABULOUS BOUTIQUE HOTEL.
We got a corner room with balcony. It has got good view of the Eiffel. Stayed for 3 nights. Fantastic staff, always patient with a smile. The room was clean and of decent size with a large balcony area. Sipping a glass of wine at the balcony overlooking the Eiffel in the evening was romantic and spectacular. Hotel was within minutes of walking to Champs Elysees and Rue Montaigne, two of the famous shopping streets in Paris. Minutes from the hotel, were many restaurants and we were spoilt for choice. As an added security assurance, a small police station was situated at the building next to hotel. Breakfast was fresh and good. Definitely must stay when in Paris.
