Un unique reproche pour cet hôtel : les tarifs internet délirant (30¤ la journée) alors qu'il s'agit d'un 5 étoiles qui devrait avoir l'accès inclus dans son tarif de base.

Je recommande cet hotel, car il est aux standards européens. Sa position est trés agréale pour se repèrer et les chambres sont immenses face aux autres hotels de la ville.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l'accueil et la serviabilité du personnel de l'hotel. Le seul point qui nous a derangé est que l'hotel est situé en plein centre de casablanca donc pas évident avec la circulation plutot dense, cependant nous y retournerons.

My answer to all of the above is excellent. After having stayed in other 5 star hotels in Casablanca I wasn\'t expecting much, but everything about the Kenzi Tower was top notch. The welcome, service, room, food, location, cleanliness were as good as I would expect anywhere in the world. I am a travel agent and tour operator and have stayed in literalloy thousands hotels aroujn d the world over a period of more than 50 years. I have never been happier or more com fortable than I was in the Kenzi Tower ( the only problem I could never solve were your French personal computers in the lobby. An English alternative would have been helpful, but this is a small matter com pared to all the other featujres which were beyond all of my expectations. P S I cannot figurte out how to make your spots to click work. trying to click excellent next to everythingbut could not make the clicks work.
