Hotel lobby was not clean and nosy. Stay away from any room with 16 in then end, eg2016. It was so noisy since elevator
Stay away with any room end 16, you will suffer for all noise by elevator Hotel lobby is not very impressive and not clean Food and beverages are expensive in the shops or on site restaurants
There are better located hotels in Union Square, I will take a pass on this one for the next trip.
Location...I have stayed at better located hotel in union square. Room is nice. Shower is good. Front desk staff could be nicer, maybe smile.
