"Great Customer Service"
I checked in with Faye and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us an upgrade and sent some birthday goodies for my friend. The rooms are really nice, it had everything we needed. We also had an awesome view. Thanks Faye!!!
This is my #3 Starwood choice for San Francisco after the Palace and Le Meridien. (the W and St Regis are either booked or out of my price range). Looks like they had a semi-recent room refresh with carpet, some furniture and bath tiles. The location is good, but not as good as the Palace. This hotel does have super small bathrooms. You can use the toilet paper as a tray for your laptop (I didn't do this, and I don't know why you would). Check in and check out was super fast.
"Justin from the check in desk "
My friend and I are from Canada, and are really excited to be in San Francisco and Justin made it a great start to our vacation. On top of being super friendly and inviting, justin signed us up to become Starwood perfected guest which got us free wifi, and room on a high floor. I was excited to get a room on a high floor and Justin exceeded my expectations by giving me a room on the 32 floor! Also topped it off with free wifi, and two beds. Justin already has made our stay worth it and I will definitely be staying here again when I come back.
"Great hotel for customer service "
As a frequent visitor to the Westin it's like a second home. The staff is exception and treat you like an old friend. Faye at the front desk is a wonderful person who always makes you like welcome guest. This is an very well run hotel. Overall it's always a great stay.
"Just average, big hotel"
Rooms are ok nothing special. People are ok- just nothing to write home about. Suggest you request higher floors where there is a view. If you can get a good rate- its fine to stay here. Dont pay premium prices for this one
