AC Cuzco is located on Paseo de la Castellana, near Plaza de Cuzco and the business and financial center of Madrid, few minutes away from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, the Congress palace, the Metro station and the bus stop at Plaza Castilla.
"Location, location, location"
This place offers a great deal for the price. It is located in a strategic location within walking distance of one of the main streets in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana) with access to the subway, taxis and buses. Really nice staff, and the common areas are nicely decorated. Lots of areas to have small business talks without need to rent a conference room. Take advantage of the Happy Hour. Good selection of wines by the glass to end your business day. Restaurants and places to have "Tapas" nearby. Shopping center and Santiago Bernabéu are close as well.
"Great service especially by Carlos "
This hotel offers you amazing location. It's right in the middle of the financial district and you can walk to the world's biggest Zara store as well as Santiago Bernabeu too! It's just a 5-10 min walk to both. Also special mention to the service and to Carlos (I'm sorry if I got his name wrong) who works at the bar. He's always smiling and so efficient. Thank you very much.
"A Nice Oasis"
The staff are very friendly and the food and service good. Self parking under the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and any problems addressed quickly and efficiently. Keep in mind that like most European Hotels there is no iron and ironing board in the room. You are not in City Center but close with taxis and the metro. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. You are 15 minutes to the airport in light traffic. 15 minutes to the IFEMA conference center.
"Good location, pleasant stay"
1) Check in - Check out : Very smooth. The lady who checked me in was very kind enough to ask me my tourist interests in Madrid and suggest an itinerary. Also, gave some useful tips on using the public transportation system 2) Room - Room was small but clean and comfortable - as per the normal AC hotel standards 3) Breakfast - Service was good, breakfast quality was slightly better than other comparable hotels 4) Location - Cuzco metro station is right outside the hotel- very conveniently located 5) Gym - Well spaced, several treadmills and cross trainers, could keep more weights, although what they kept is very standard for AC Hotels Overall a very nice experience for me.
"Okay but nothing special "
2 days spent here, starting a tour but we came a day early to acclimate. Reasonably priced, nice looking. The bed was fine. The bathroom was fine as well but not fully stocked. Not enough outlets and lots of sharp edges in the room to bump into. There was a water leak in the hallway outside the room with buckets both days. The breakfast was adequate but if not included in your room, absurdly overpriced at 22e.
