If for the same hotel you find a better price, we will reimburse the difference.
Guarantee policy:
- Your booking must have been made online.
- You have to complete the form within the 24 hours following the booking and 72 hours before your scheduled arrival at the hotel.
- The claim must be based on an equivalent type of rooms and stay, in the same hotel, with the same services and for the same dates.
- The conditions of your booking with Prestigia should allow free cancellations and modifications, at the moment of applying for the best rate guarantee.
- The better price must not be a result of a price reduction due to a loyalty program, or being part of a travel package.
- Prestigia reserves the right to reject claims where it determines the rate difference to be a result of exchange rate fluctuations.
- This guarantee applies to individual reservations only.
If your claim satisfies all the conditions, we will reimburse the difference on the credit card used during the booking process.
