If for the same hotel you find at the same dates a better price, contact us within the 24 hours following your booking and we will reimburse the difference.
- Your booking must have been made online.
- You have to complete the form within the 24 hours following the booking (as attested by the time on the booking confirmation) and 72 hours before your scheduled arrival at the hotel.
- The claim must be based on an equivalent type of rooms and stay, in the same hotel, with the same services as those provided by Prestigia, and for the same dates.
- The conditions of your booking with Prestigia should allow free cancellations and modifications, at the moment of applying for the best rate guarantee.
- The equivalent type of room must be available on another web site at the time of claim.
- The better price must not be a result of a price reduction due to a loyalty program, or being part of a travel package.
- Prestigia reserves the right to reject claims where it determines the rate difference to be a result of exchange rate fluctuations.
- This guarantee applies to individual reservations only.
If all the conditions above are satisfied, submit the request form within the 24 hours following your booking.
If your claim satisfies all the conditions, we will reimburse the difference on the credit card used during the booking process.
Should you wish to cancel the reservation made on Prestigia, the sales conditions applicable are those stated in the cancellation policy of the hotel.
