Poor Food, no Hyatt standard at all

Great staff and excellent service.
The staff, in particular Mr. Asim from reception, Mr. Ibrahim the concierge, and Mr. Aman the Duty Manager. They were very welcoming, hospitable, and willing to serve up to the highest standard.
