"Received room not correspond to the ordered"
We guested at your hotel November 2017. We received room (room number 610) not correspond to the ordered and paid one for the Superior Twin Room (Checking in hotel internet site) The Wi-Fi not free, 5 euro per day. The level of cleanliness and maintenance is horrible. The hotel needs major repairs.
"Location the only good point"
Our booking was at least 10 months before our arrival. A standard room. First of all, we were taken to what seemed like the basement, to a disabled room which, when I sat on the bed, I looked directly into this huge bathroom full of aids for bathing and toileting. It was noisy and we could not get the WiFi that we had to pay for. (It also reminded me of the room my Mother had in the Nursing home that she died in - not a good memory I wanted while in this glorious city. I asked to be moved which they did without any qualms. Our second room was on the first floor, once again it was noisy and smelt of mildew, when I closed the sliding door to the bathroom there were black mildew marks on the door and we still couldn't get WiFi that we had to pay for. I really do not like to complain but after one night in this room I had to ask to be moved once again. We were moved again without any qualms. (This makes me think it must happen a lot) Our next room was higher up, quiet, could get the Wi-Fi and was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was ordinary. The staff weren't over friendly, just chatted to themselves constantly but never engaging guests. The best part about this Hotel is the location, so close to Fontana de Trevi, railway station and restaurants.
4 nights at this hotel was great. Very spacious room. It was 2 of us. We had a decent size bathroom a desk and a chair plus a small sofa..great view..great service. We arrived at 2am and were were greeted so nicely we felt so welcomed after a 6 hour flight. We had a breakfast buffet that was great also the hotel is walking distance to the trevi fountain and many restaurants and touristic places. Would definitely stay here again.
Hotel rooms were very small but the location, food, cleanliness and hospitality was excellent. There is a small restaurant/bar/cafe attached to the hotel and it's an excellent spot for watching this busy city.
"Reasonable value in good location"
This hotel is located in walking distance of Rome Central railway station and about a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Hop-on Hop-off buses pull up close by. We were kindly provided with an upgrade to a two-bedroom room by the friendly office staff. This accommodation would be of about a 3-star standard but had two rooms. Beds were reasonably comfortable. We were provided with a takeaway breakfast due to our early departure. There is a nice historic feel to the hotel but nothing really to write home about overall.
