"Not as good as it seems from outside."
I have checked in the hotel few days ago. I think the hotel needs a renovation, Room is a good-sized one, lots of space in it but very dark one and not comfortable at all. the bed linen was super clean as for the bathroom not as good as expected. I would definitely change something in it if I am a manager. The location is great in most famous Kudamm area, close by is a lidl Supermarket and Edeka in a few minutes walk. I have never tried the breakfast so cant say anything.
"Cool and comfortable"
This is a very pleasant hotel in a great location. The room was bright and clean, the bathroom was large and had very good toiletries. The hotel is in a great location on a quiet street but close to major streets and to the metro. It is surrounded by many varied restaurants and excellent shopping. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. We will be back.
"Great location "
Easy to find as hotel sent clear instructions. Very welcoming even late at night. Room spotlessly clean just very hot even with aircon. Breakfast was comprehensive and I thought good value. Best bit is the location of this hotel. Easy stroll to lots of places. Staff were friendly especially the girl in the bar in the evenings.
"Amazing hotel... Great location"
This hotel is a complete package. Location: right next to the hi-profile shopping street of Berlin (Kudamm). Is very close the to the bus and train station. Rooms are very comfortable and comes with all the basic amenities that one will need to stay for 4 nights. Hotel has a good lounge / bar which is open well past mid-night. Breakfast is good and open till 11AM on weekends. Staff is extremely helpful. This hotel can be a good location for sightseeing; Hop-on/off stop is very close. I would surely stay here again.
"Lovely hotel but a little hot in the summer sun"
We stayed at the art'otel Kudamm for 4 nights as a base for our city break exploring the city. The hotel was very easy to reach from Tegal Airport taking a direct bus for less than half an hour and a very short walk with our suitcases. The hotel is modern with some thought to a theme of decoration. The room had tea and coffee making facilities (no milk), a pretty decent hairdryer and a security safe. The bathroom was small with a shower and some nice Elemis complementary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion). There was twin beds pushed together with a separate duvet cover for each. There is really only hanging space for your clothes. An ironing board and iron were made available in request. The mini bar fridge has space for you to add your own drinks to keep cool. As this is a city centre hotel do not expect a view. The hotel is however lovely and quiet, we could not hear other guests despite being next to the lift. There is a very loud church bell in the morning! There is a fan heating and cooling system that was not effective in keeping the room cool and we did not sleep so well due to this intense heat as we had a summer stay. The hotel bar is more expensive than local bars but it is well stocked and the service is friendly. We did not eat at the restaurant. As a base for exploring the city the hotel is located very close to a u-bahn station on the U1 line. This line will take you to the east side of the city. We could walk easily to an s-bahn station also as well as being to make it by foot to Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche, Ka-de-We and the Zoo. Overall this was a friendly and pleasant hotel to stay at and I would stay here again.
