"Trafic noise problem in the night"
It says this hotel is sound proof but actually it didn't work at all in the night. We suffered from the traffic noise all through the nights during our stay. The room was clean and spacious with nice view. Staff is very good. For the breakfast, it can be imporved a bit for this price. When we fill the bathtub with water, we found the color of water a bit yellowish. It can be a river management, water quality control, and water supply and sanitation systems of Malaysian Government but it doesn't bother us at all.
"A luxurious service apartment "
My second stay at Ascott. A relaxing break. Booked a 2 bedroom deluxe. TV in each bedroom & one in the living room. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with bathtub. A shower in the master. Very spacious. Great service from staff, strong wifi, good location. Near the twin towers & pavilion. Went during Ramadan, Ascott served 'sahur' buffet continental style at Tujo (their restaurant) from 4.30-5.30am at RM18++. Although not so widespread, it was still satisfying. Overall very happy with my stay.
"Great hotel, good location"
My friends and I stayed in the two-bedroom unit for a one-night staycaytion. We loved how spacious and modern the place looked. It was nice and clean, but unfortunately the wine glasses were not washed properly as it had a lipstick mark on it. But the unit provided all the dishwashing necessities and we loved the L'occitane bathroom amenities! The location was fantastic too, it is a short walk to KLCC and we also took the overhead walkway to Pavilion via the KL Convention Center (which is also nearby). Ascott also offers free parking for guests, so you just have park your car in the covered parking lot and get the front desk to chop your parking ticket. You save a lot of money by walking or taking an Uber around KL!
This was my first visit here and we loved it. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was more than enough for the 5 of us. Loved the amenities especially the coffee maker which was so easy to use and just enough for 1 person. Breakfast at the cosy coffee house was sufficient. This place is all about location as it's just walking distance to the Suria KLCC mall and Petronas Twin Towers. However, if you are looking for shopping bargains, perhaps Suria KLCC is not the place to go as it mainly house high end shops.
"Worth a stay"
I book this place bcos 1. Near to KLCC 2. The brand name. I was choosing between Fraser and Ascott as both are near to KLCC. Finally chosen Ascott as the brand name convinced me on my final choice. No regret in the selection
