"Messa cafe and room"
Staff is too kind for me. They suggested great information food and tell me great place. I like them and I want to come again. Room is not bad for short stay. If you are obsessed with cleanliness, I don't suggest. But if you want to stay with low cost and you don’t pay attention to detail, this hotel is ok.
"Not so far from office"
Went to Jakarta for meeting with clients, decided to stay here for 3 nights. Friendly staff very helpful and great view from our room. We understand that the building is old but too bad that the sink was smelly and the housekeeping not cleaning the room well. It was good because we complaint once then the next day, every is going well. Just the air con not very cold and wifi is kinda slow.
"A lot of dissappointments"
I and my family once booked for a two-nights stay in this hotel via a local online travel agent few days before check-in. We booked a room that can be used for 5 people. But instead of getting the room we already booked, the receptionist gave us two separate rooms. The receiptionist seemed to putting more attention to some guests who just came from the Middle East, who arrived after us. My dissappointment continued when we reached the lift. The lift was so crowded that we need to wait at least half an hour just to go to our rooms. When we reached our rooms, one of the rooms did not have any remotes for the AC. How could we even stay in a room when there is no remote for the AC' Then we decided to stay in one room that has the remote. And then the bedrooms are way different from the given picture. The TV inside the master bedroom was old and did not have any international TV channels unlike the TV on the living room. The bathroom has no air ventilation, so we need to open the door while taking a bath. We then decided to check out from the hotel despite still having another night to stay. Overall, from all Aston hotels in Jakarta & Indonesia that I have ever stayed, this is the worst Aston hotel to stay. A lot of things need to be fixed and done, because the image you just gave to me and my family is unlike other four-star hotels.
"My happy trip"
I already in aston 3 times.. I have a good feel even i stay on there, from room service until restaurant service. I got sweet memories with some waiter in mezza cafe, he's name Rahmad I meet with him even i breakfast on there.. I give some tips because i like him,he give me excellent service in the restaurant
I went there for a 2 days meeting. Overall I was satisfied with the service, although we get the bridge meeting room area which required us to walk a distance (and passing dark alleys) to go to the restaurant. The food variation was sufficient, and the staff were really helpful. The thing I don't like is the traffic. Well anyhow, I think this place is one of the good choice to hold a business meeting.
