"The only good thing is the location "
The rooms are extremely overused the towels are dirty and torn The same thing applies on the Bed sheets, pillows, and the covers It's seems from my experience that the reception staff are the only team who got the minimum training of handling guests The porters/ bellboys are not on the lvl of a 4 star hotel as they will be nagging you at the nearest opportunity for a tip and even sometimes they will be little too friendly (touching u as they r ur buddies) When u sit on the balcony it will be too noisy because all of the AC but once you are inside the room you will not hear a thing. All on all the hotel have one and only great perk which is the location it's near the beach, the mall, and the infamous walking street My review is based on seeing several rooms. If the hotel fixes these things it's will be in my opinion one of the most popular hotels in that area.
"Good Location but Bad experiance "
*Good Points* Very near to main market. Very near to sea. Very near to walking street. Very near to Quality food. Very near to local market. Even local shops starts from the gate. Good indian food is juat at the other end. *Bad Points* They don't give you the better room if you book even high class. Means they play with room standard. You need to be very cautious. Rooms hold cockroaches. Rooms have rusty hangers. Smoking room is a problem. Counter staff is moody. When you make film of room with bad experience , then manager comes. See if you may bear, else location is super cool.
"Very nice experience "
Best location in Pattaya city, clean and cool design for hotel and rooms The staff were polite and they try to help you any time Breakfast was good but internet wasn't good enough In general we had a 4 awesome night's in that city and specially Aya Hotel👌🏼😎
"Bad experience - Money stolen from luggage"
We stayed at Aya Boutique hotel between 22 and 24 June 2017. My friends had their money stolen from the luggage. We reported this to hotel management, but they were not of any help. First they didn't acknowledge the fact that something happened. Their only reply was to leave the money in the safe box. Travellers do buy stuff which might be expensive and not everything can be kept in the safe. Being a 4 star hotel they must have more reliable staff who won't steal from travellers. There was no action from the management team despite our complaints. That makes them an accomplice with the thieves. Would not recommend to anyone who wants a safe and secure place to stay in Pattaya. The breakfast buffet wasn't good either. The spread was small and options were quite less.
"Money stolen from our rooms left a horrible feeling!"
Usually don't share negative reviews, but this has to be reported. The hotel facilities and location are on par, but an experience like this shadows everything else. We had booked 3 rooms in the hotel, and we realized later that the staff had stolen money from our bags in 2 out of the 3 rooms, which were "cleaned" despite us requesting them not to do it. In one case they actually have attempted to break into a locked suitcase causing the lock to jam. We barely had any interaction with the staff apart from the time of check-in which left us wondering why we were targeted this way. The hotel clearly has denied everything as its the guests responsibility to keep their money safe, but its a question of intent of the hotel staff, who can probably even do the same if its kept in the safety deposit box. No matter how seasoned a traveller you are, this is a lesson to not let your guard down, even if the hotel is supposed to be 4-star rated.
