Nice quaint hotel
Stayed here during a tour and loved the hotel. Location is more of a neighborhood but not far from Madrid center. Very efficient layout and chic decor.
Broken effluent drains
Strong faeculent smell throughout the hotel specifically in foyer but also on our floor 9. The staff were not interested in our complaints and had a spray which they brandished making no difference.
