Service
The service of the resort was good and the staff was friendly and always tried to help me. It was a nice experience.
August stay
Stay wasn’t that bad. Have a few concerns such as bathroom privacy. Staff wasn’t too friendly either and in fact they ignored most of our questions when we would ask for drinks.
Maintenance need to be done!
No AC in any restaurants, rooms barely have AC, our rooms were switched when arriving. My son cracked his head open in slide for kids because they have concrete around the kids pool, and he didn’t eve...

Amazing weekend
I have nothing to say but excelent, i loved it and i know we will visit again
Family vacation
Traveled with a group of 12 people. I loved the laid back atmosphere and pools. Buffet staff could be friendlier and more entertaining shows. Overall I loved it, would recommend.
