"It is what it is"
The room was fine, we were surprised that we only had a view of the atrium, as the hotel was basically empty. Google Maps tells you to go in to a different hotel, that was slightly embarrassing. But, just trek around the corner, and that's the right spot. Nothing against the hotel, but we found the town to be quite uninviting after 20:00. We won't be back.
take care when booking this hotel. It offers bookable parking but despite our booking this early, they didn't confirm until my fourth request then advised there are restrictions on the parking which made it impossible to park our car. This isn't clear on their website

To have the same comfort and accomodations with view on the sea etc you would pay a small fortune. The staff is down to earth and attentative of your every need. Taking a swim at sunset on the upper deck is a memory one can never forget.

What a damn shame!! Dust dirty and room super small. What's good & of course the hotel owners know this! The location is 'A' right next to the beautiful old casino building & almost on the beach with private parking on site €15 per day. The room rate is upper Med. 2min walk to restaurants, cafes. Front desk staff is one person who does absolutely everything - a super woman of sorts! Here's where anything good about this hotel stops!! Either there is no one who will come and work in this 'SHABBY' hotel or the owners are too tight to do what's necessary to ensure enough staff and please quality cleaners. The pool location great but scum all around the tiles. The room - tiny - old decor, opened the windows and the cobwebs hanging off the rail, curtains worn out! Incredibly hot - no air conditioning or possibility of a fan. Took 45 mins to check in as the front desk said yes they had a booking but hadn't received any notification from head office of twin share details. No staff to make up a room as we arrived at 6pm. The front desk lady had to come up and do it herself as soon as she had a break in check ins... Toilet paper rough and cheap like in a basic public toilet. Towels are so thin and old. HOUSEKEEPING poor or no staff to make it work. They didn't even make up our room on day 2. Again front desk lady said she'd bring up a couple of clean towels as she has no staff to do this. Of course this didn't even happen. I would have rated this hotel TERRIBLE but its only saving grace was its location & its super women front desk staff. This hotel couldn't even function without these ladies! There are other hotels - I suggest anyone heading to chic TROUVILLE sur Mer definitely avoid this hotel!! Vicki Sydney Australia
We were looking forward to a nice weekend at a 4 star hotel. The room was dirty, as other has commented before. The pool as well, and the pool of the area really felt worn down. The breakfast buffé was a big disappointment, due to its cost we thought we could expects something similar to what we have experienced at other 4 star hotels, but definitely not! On to of all of this, the staff was not very welcoming. We do not recommend this hotel, they need to shape up if they are supposed to be 4 star.
