First class hotel. One of the better properties in Las Vegas. Was able to get an upgrade to the 23rd floor just in front of the fountains. Would highly recommend and will return. Great rate through Prestigia.Comment of M. William , United States the 2016-08-29

An amazing hotel.Comment of J. Jacqueline , Australia the 2016-07-31
The Bellagio is a fantastic hotel, location can't be better, hotel service was excellent, when we got there they had us on the 7th floor fountain view, the clerk had us change to the 26th floor the second night with us asking for it and the view up there is just amassing. Big thanks to Prestigia for the pricing and a big thanks to Bellagio for the services, you both made this an amassing trip.Comment of D. Denis , Canada the 2016-07-26

"Was a little disappointed"
I recently stayed at Bellagio. I have to admit, that it was not all what I expected. I was impressed with the Botanical Gardens, shopping area, buffet, the grounds and the view of the fountains from our room. We were not able to get into our room until 5:00 or so upon check-in, though they did offer to hold our luggage for us. I was disappointed in the air quality of the casino. It didn't seem to have a very good ventilation system. I was also disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The housekeeper left a filthy/stained washcloth in the room for us to use. You make your own judgement on the cloth. All in all...we had a wonderful trip and Bellagio is a beautiful facility. I feel that it just needs some attention in certain areas.
Pros- Easy mobile check in (do this as it is much quicker than traditional check in), great central location, security stands in front of elevators to guest rooms (we did not see this at some of the other hotels), good sized room, and prompt service when we called housekeeping. Food ranged from average to outstanding. Cons-We had to wait 45 min for room service (although they advised it would be an hour). Room was so-so on cleanliness (visible dust on mini mirror and vases in bathroom). Toiletries were extremely cheap in quality (I get better shampoo at the Courtyard). The biggest reason I gave 3 stars was the smell. There was horrible sewer gas smell coming from the toilet the whole time we were there. Las Vegas as a city had pockets of this smell all along the strip but this was so bad in the room it either gagged me or made me nauseous every time I was in the bathroom. Should not have to pay the price for a 5 star hotel to get a skid row smelly bathroom.
"What happened...just a hotel now"
Stayed at Bellagio October 19-22. What a let down. Have been visiting this hotel since shortly after opening when it was still a resort. Returned there regularly because guests were treated as special, often twice a year. Boy have things changed since our last visit two years ago. Gone is the turn down service with chocolates on the pillow. Gone are the in room robes and slippers. And now just two towels in the bathroom and cheap toiletries. Spa service fees have gone through the roof. Gone is the front desk service. The attendant tried to move us to an inferior room even though the reservation was for fountain view. The room wasn't ready even though we paid the extra for early checkin. In the past we have received room upgrades spontaneously even though we would not be considered high rollers. Overall prices have gone up and service has declined. The casino remains a smoke filled dungeon and even though we like to gamble after a while nausea sets in. You'd think in this day and age there would be some alternative. Bellagio still has the same tired old restaurants it has had for years. There are many more superior dining choices throughout the area. Of course you can enjoy the fountains, the colored glass and the arboretum. I think everyone in the world has seen "O" by now. Time for something new. But you don't have to be guest to appreciate those. Its obvious now that Bellagio reflects the MGM conglomerate, Time to move on to somewhere else.
My husband and I took a little getaway from the cold and went to Mesquite and Las Vegas to visit friends. We booked the Salon Suite for two nights. When we arrived we were greeted by Jacqueline at check in. She asked us if we were there for any special reason and I told her a little early 50th Anniversary and to get a break from the cold. She asked if we would like to upgrade to a larger suite and would see what she could do. She spoke to the supervisor and for a reasonable extra charge she upgraded us to The Cypress Suite. The suite was 1525 sq ft and had the most beautiful view of the fountain and strip. We found all of the staff we interacted with very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bellagio for a wonderful experience.
"Excellent first time in Vegas... "
Recently returned from staying at the Bellagio for a weeks stay on our first trip to vegas. The hotel itself is absolutely immaculate and very luxury looking the pool area and casino are great aswell. This hotel is expensive we had to pay a resort fee which we knew prior to booking but when we checked in we also had to leave a 600 dollar deposit which was quite an unwanted surprise ha. We paid it however and it is refunded at the end of the stay. The room was a room for 3 and the view was excellent (not a fountain view tho you pay extra for that) the bathrooms was extra big and the shower and bath was fantastic. The mini fridge is weighted... We wasn't aware of this and we opened it and took a look and as quick as the casino takes your money we were charged. I had a word at reception about this and the lady did refund the charges but said it says everywhere about the fridge but it does not. The staff at the hotel are not overly friendly or particularly bothered about saying hello etc like in over places where you stay in a posh hotel. The elevator assistant tho I cannot fault. The purpose of this trip was to celebrate my 30th birthday and we tried to book a fountain room for the night on that day we was told it would be 250 dollars then it would be 40 and then there was non available. In a place like this I recommend you turn up and don't expect luxury service your just a number with cash in your back pocket. I give it 4 stars just because of all the extra charges I was expecting alot more. Would I return to the Bellagio probably not but to vegas... HELL YES'!!!
