"Honeymooning at its finest!"
From the moment you step onto the Bill and Coo property you will instantly feel relaxed. There is a fantastic view of the ocean from numerous places on the property. This was the hotel from our 3 week honeymoon through Greece! The staff was top notch, I felt like I was in a movie! Iliana catered to everything we needed, from arranging a rental car, to giving us dinner recommendations, to ordering (and delivering) our ferry tickets. She was like a personal assistant! The breakfast was exquisite! Everything you order is perfectly cooked! I highly recommend the rice pudding, it became part of my daily order. The only downside to this resort is the walk to/from town at night. It is very dark, gets narrow at a few points and the road is decently busy. I would recommend walking into town before dusk and then arranging for a ride home (either by taxi or having the hotel pick you up). It gets a bit nerve racking at points.
"Small, intimate and blissfully relaxing"
Having stayed in Mykonos 3 times already I knew what to expect and Bill and Coo didn't disappoint. The hotel is very small compared to the likes of Santa Marina however it is extremely peaceful and you can instantly relax. I did worry that I would struggle to get a bed in the day and on 1st impressions there didn't seem many- but I didn't struggle at all, the whole fee of the place is calm, relaxed and that seems to transfer to it's guests so there wasn't any bed hogging / reserving etc. Plus we had two gorgeous beds on our terrace. (We enjoyed a honeymoon suite which was very spacious and had a great outdoor terrace with hot tub. ) Breakfast is a la carte which was FANTASTIC - such a pleasant change from the usual self serve. The food here is divine and although it is a la carte you can still have as much as you please. Location is great if you plan to walk into town ( only recommend in the day as the roads are so busy at night) however they have cars at your disposal should you want to visit anywhere. You also get a local mobile so that you can call a driver at any time ( nice touch). Having visited many beaches and restaurants in Mykonos before we felt that this time we would mostly just laze by the pool - water is constantly being topped up on your bedside table so there is no need to go out and buy water and the music they play was so relaxing... ( i've used that word again!) We did eat at their new Beef bar by their new coastal suites. Whilst the meal was delicious It was in my mind slightly over priced for what we got and we were served chilled red wine'' However I would return. I know Mykonos very well so i welcome any questions.
"Service is impeccable and the hotel's setting perfect..."
We were a family of 4 staying for a week in two suites in October, just before the hotel closes for the season. We were so impressed. The welcome was lovely, drinks and snacks by the pool as the checking in was done, and then we were shown to our first suite, room 217, which has rock-face walls and a bed facing the ocean - stunning. Our other room was ready an hour later, room 212, a modern, more traditional room, with a fantastic balcony, and views of the sea. What made this hotel special were the staff - they really did everything they could to make our stay fun and comfortable. By day two, I didn't need to order any breakfast, they just brought me my tea and juice and a selection of cakes, and it kept on coming. When sunbathing around the beautiful - if cold! - pool, fresh water was wordlessly provided... doors are opened, smiles of welcome and biddings of goodbye are given every time we arrived or left. The people are just utterly charming. What a team ! The location of this hotel is great - 10 mins walk from the main town of Mykonos which is full of narrow streets, with so many shops and stalls and cafes and restaurants. The beach below the hotel is a 3 min walk, but it's a tough uphill walk on the way back ! The hotel's food is superb - we dined there 4 evenings out of 7 on the island, as it was lovely, and the staff so welcoming. Cocktails in the evening out by the pool on the terrace, watching the amazing sunsets, are a must-do. We highly recommend this lovely place.
"And relax "
The focal point of this stunning hotel is the fabulous infinity pool. It overlooks the sunset and is the ideal spot for a sundowner. We were chuffed to bits to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite with our own hot tub and a view to die for. Rooms are designed with great tech, controlled by an iPad loaded with an extensive music library. The food was adventurous, the spa cocooning. Helpful and friendly staff. A wonderful experience in all and convenient for Mykonos town.
"One of the best in Mykonos"
We have spent some three nights at the end of september in this beautiful hotel. The firts thing I like to mention is the amazing sunset that you can enjoy from the location: the view is really very nice and is one of the very few luxury establishments from where you can see the sunset . A good thing to keep in mind it if your are heading to Mykonos for a romantic breaktrough, this might be your ideal place. The room was large and confy altought the view from our particular room was nothing expetional. The bed was comfortable and preatty good size. The Service if really nice, young and attentive without being too formal. The only thing I was not impressed was the breakfast, It is served "a la carte" with basically three or four different menus but sometimes you dont really know what they are about to bring you, because it might have greek food special dishes that are not common knowledge. It might be a food idea for the Management to have at lease a basic buffet plus a La carte. The swimming pool is very nice, with an amazing view on the bay and also on the windmills. Coming to the last important point I want to mention: Keep in mind that altough the Hotel is extrtemely close to Chora (Mykonos town) It has only one narrow street to reach it . This street is dark at nigt and I have been told it might be dangerous because there is no sidewalk and cars are speeding fast in the island. I strongly recommend to hire a car. Keep in mind the Hotel charge 10 euros everytime you ask the concierge to book the car for you to bring you to town or to the beach. Last but not least they have a beach club in St John beach which is one of my favourite place in Mykonos. It is very quite, relaxing and you have Delos in front of you. The bay is usually calm and not too windy. They have sunlounge and and a cafe always at a top notch service. I recommend this hotel , one of my prefered in Mykonos, expecially for couples who like privacy and a romantic escape. I personally will be back soon.
