"Honest Review Many Improvements Needed"
Stayed at this hotel 2 nights for business and had high expectations of the caliber of this hotel. The dinner at hotel was the worst in china (the menu limited and taste not great). There were two tables being served 5 waiters and they were still confused and mixed up the orders. The bed was hard, pillows inadequate but room was clean. The hotel is extremely basic. The front desk staff is useless and reataurant staff needs to be trained. The bar is tiny and nonexistent. Fireworks outside the window in middle of the street woke up everyone at 230am. 3 cars parked in the middle of the street vandalizing and no police came. Hotel never even apologized to guests. Hilton should be a Hilton. This is more like a 2 star chinese hotel with the Hilton logo on it. Management should improve the hotel and service.
"Great Hilton for business"
Just became a Hilton Brand since June 2017,the standard was already good but kept improving constantly. They have now a very comfortable executive business lounge that is perfect for calm meetings/working. Spacious and comfortable rooms Staff here is very caring and friendly Great Kitchen ! Nice long park right outside for morning walk or exercise. Excellent SPA + Pool facilities

"Very efficient and warm people"
Stayed for a 2 day meeting and have only good words for the level of service extended. Great attitude, good facilities, Chinese Restaurant serves fresh and very tasty food, Cafe Branley has a well balance Breakfast in all a place i would return. Only one disappointed element, I could not try their "Big China Noodle" restaurant located on the 2nd Floor. The word "Big Bowl" is real as I saw it with my own eyes. Maybe next time.

Stayed for a few nights on business. Staff are friendly and service in the hotel is great. Good/Great points. The extra level that really was great was the free shuttle 'cars' to and from the Airport and the extra level of support they provide. On the night previous to my flight to Xian, then even called me (long distance) to ensure that they had my details right and that I knew where the driver would pick me up, and this was not the expensive chauffeur service, but the normal free shuttle. Even when the driver and I could not hook up at the gate, (due to me being early) they again called long distance to ensure they found me at the right place for the airport pickup. This level of service, I have not encountered before, so great kudos to Branley. The hotel WiFi worked well and was stable. The restaurants on L2 (including the Noodle place) was generally good, as was the room service. Areas to improve: The room I was in had a faint smell of smoke, probably from the previous occupant, which was not great, but apart from that, everything in the room was as it should be. Hotel breakfast was not included. When I had breakfast on the first day (G/F), the cost of CNY148 was a litle steep. On eating the food, the price felt even steeper. The quality of the food was not very good, there was a generally large variety, but the food quality was poor and the coffee was not very good.This in hindsight is quite surprising given that the food I had in the L2 restaurants and via room service was good. While people were friendly, the level of English is very low across the Hotel staff, you can certainly manage, but it takes a little more effort to communicate and any complex ideas or thoughts will need to be simplified. All in all, a generally good stay, will certainly come back on business, but there are areas to improve.
