"Good potential but not a 5 star hotel"
First of all I would like to say that this hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars. It has potential to be good but there are a lot of unacceptable things. Most of the staff is arrogant and rude. They ignore the guests. Except the friendly waiters from the snack bar. At the reception we couldn't communicate at all, if we asked for something they acted like they couldn't hear us and turned around. Second thing is that for 7 days the housekeeping cleaned our room three times and on our last day they came into our room without even knocking. Every time we had to ask someone to put water in the mini bar - that should be a standard in a 5 star hotel. The wifi was only in the reception and not in the rooms ( you had to pay for it) - in 2017 it's unacceptable. Food was only good was good in the snack bar .. in the main restaurant it was always cold and not good.. also the smell of the food was really bad.. and instead of cutting all the vegetables and cheese you had to wait in the line for them to cut it for you. Only once at the dinner someone asked us if we want anything to drink. Also drinks quality was really poor. The good thing was the room which was nice with a comfortable beds if it was cleaned daily and we could get fresh towels it would be better. Gökhan the entertainment guy was really friendly and extremely helpful. Also the view from the hotel was very nice. I would recommend this hotel if there was some more friendly atmosphere and if stuff wouldn't be so ignorant.
"All inclusive perfect holiday!"
Arrived at Blue Dreams 2 weeks ago. The place is in a beautiful setting. The views are stunning, you'll never tire of them, perfect sunsets every night. Accommodation spacious and clean. The staff all extremely helpful, must mention in particular; first Ann , the Guest Relations manager- she makes every guest feel special, is visible throughout the day, and quick to address any issues. Secondly, our favourite batman, Serhat Bekler, he looked after us at the Dream bar, and was attentive and polite to everyone. The food in the buffet restaurant, was outstanding, particularly the salads! The a la carte restaurants were good too All pool areas very clean, lifeguards on the beach and surrounding jetties/ swimming areas. The only problem we had, was that we had to come home! Will definitely return.
"A nice hotel to relax"
It is a great all-inclusive hotel as it has a great view and the price is really reasonable comparing to other hotels around there. It has such a nice view, great service and pretty friendly staff (for me). Our room is decorated nicely with chabby chick style and has such a nice sea view. Only down side is the bottom part toilet door is a bit broken but not a big problem for us. The bed is pretty comfortable and they clean our room nicely everyday. Talking about food, it is pretty okay, they are rotating food everyday so you won't get bored easily, there were seafood but only fish 😭 There are too little choice at the snack bar, mini bar has bottle of water (we got 4 soft drinks in the fridge on the first day but never be filled after that, it is fine as u can request at the bar but it would be nice to be able to drink on your own balcony sometimes. Internet is provided only at lobby and tea garden, if u wanna use internet in ur room, 25 Euro per week for one gadget which is very expensive... or just request for a room that totally near the lobby (if u also love a quiet environment) However, in overall picture i really love this hotel and would recommend people to go there. Oh by the wat, if u wanna enjoy cocktail, please go up to the bar near the main restaurant and order it with a pretty girl at the bar (she is the best and normally she is there in the evening)
When this holiday was orginally booked I read some poor reviews. These were completely wrong this hotel is stunning and the staff could not do enough for us. Before we had arrived they had allocated our room taking in to consideration our parties needs. The setting of this hotel could be a trial but they have sorted this problem by suppling a golf cart which is available whenever needed. There is so much to praise about this hotel , the cleaning staff went over and above ,the bar staff would get to know your order and it would be ready before you were seated. Our hero of the holiday was the lady who spent 5hours a day on her knees making Turkish pancakes which were delicous. She always had a smile . The entertainment team was great and gave my mum backgammon lessons. There was 1small niggle sometimes our drinks orders in the restaurant was not understood . Lastly we have to mention Anne the guest relations manager, this lady has time for everyone and problems were sorted out immediately and with a smile. She obviously loves this place and wants everybody to see the best it has to offer. We would all like to thank everybody at blue dreams for a holiday we will never forget for all the right reasons. THANK YOU ALL
"Lovely place, stunning location!"
A lovely place at a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our second stay at Blue Dreams Resort in Bodrum. If you plan to be out and about you’ll be happy to stay in a regular room (with sea view). If you like to spend time in your room every now and then you might prefer to book a deluxe room. There are several nice pools at the resort – our favourite is the Infinity pool: stunning view! One of our favourite spots to hang out is the Tea Garden. It’s a cosy and tranquil place with lots of trees offering shade, tea or coffee and a cool breeze. The Dream Bar offers a huge variety of drinks. The food is really good and there is a great variety and plenty of it at all times so you never need to pile five servings on one plate at the same time (as some guests thought to be necessary in the first place…) It’s freshly prepared at the resort and the patisserie chef makes lovely sweets for dessert. If you like to drive and explore the Bodrum surroundings you can easily rent a car at the resort (inexpensive) and for example visit the beautiful ruins of Ephesus (2 hour drive) or the city of Bodrum or one of the lovely little villages along the coastline of the peninsula. Staff at this moment is not as skilled in speaking English as they were last year but very friendly. Best staffmember ever is Guest Relations Manager Anne. She takes care of every need, complaint or wish that guests have. She always makes sure you have the best holiday experience possible at Blue Dreams. Thank you, Anne!
