Weekend in London
Can't fault the Copthorne, great location, great staff. Especially the concierge, Gulzar and Nicholas. Exceptionally helpful people, due to them I would definitely consider staying again.

Lovely stay and service was excellent.
Had a loverly time from checking in to check out. The staff were very helpful and Jamila at reception was very helpful and professional during check service.
