Wonderful stay for the Hiong Kong Sevens
Very comfortable hotel and extremely attentive and friendly staff. Food was plentiful, tasty and a good variety. Access to the club made for an even better experience.
Poor service standards and non-valued membership elite status
Observed decline in service quality and standards over the years. They don't seem to value pr pay attention much to their Brilliant membership programme.
Trouble in Paradise
Ming Court Restaurant. Exceptional menu and beautiful eye catching interior design. Attentive servers. But the menu process was total confusion.
