This hotel is very nice. It's not city centre, but 5 mins walk and a metro ride from stockholm centre. The park is opposite, they have laminated running maps, there are fabulous bars and restaurants along the waters edge (5-10 mins walk). Would definitely stay again. Staff are very friendly.
"Upscale Courtyard within Good Access To Public Transport"
Some people think of differentiation between the Courtyard and Marriott brands perhaps this is less pronounced in Europe as on my two times staying at a Courtyard ( Germany and here) there has been a clear relationship between the two brands and sharing of similar attention to quality, detail and service. The hotel is modern, spacious and has generously sized rooms. It has a bar, a restaurant and some rather welcome sofa seating around a fire in the lobby too. It isn't in the city centre as such but a short walk in either direction will take you to the main tube line which is easy to navigate and reasonably priced and also bring you to a choice of shops, bars and restaurants. As you may know if you have checked out my other reviews I am a bit Marriott biased having spent 6 months on and off at one in India 4 years back but this was a good hotel at a good rate and the walk to and from the station wasn't particularly taxing even with bags. The tubes conveniently connect in to the Aralanda Express for the airport too.
"Great place to stay! ... and come again :-)"

"Short business stay"
Nice modern hotel with good facilities. Pleasant and friendly staff. Must actually come back one day and spend more time in Stockholm. Convenient for City as well of course you have the usual rush hour traffic to deal with.
"Too far from the city - will not return"
It is located quite far from Stockholm downtown and to make it worse, you have to walk more than 10 minutes to the nearest subway station. You need 25 minutes to reach Gamla Stan using public transport - for the price that I paid to this hotel, I prefer to find another place nearest to to the center. When other similar hotels provide basic amenities (shampoo, bath gel) in dispenser, this hotel still use the old-style tiny weeny bottles. Will not return and will not recommend.
