"Serviceable but no "wow" factor"
Recently, the group I was traveling to meet with booked me at this hotel. While it was reasonably clean, it had zero wow factor. The staff were incredibly kind- please do understand that. Yet, the room was extremely basic and somewhat dated. Furthermore, the bathroom featured barely working drains. This became apparent to many in my group when someone left a shower running on a higher floor. Let's just say- it wasn't great for anyone below.
"More than Fabulous, not just the room, THE PEOPLE!"
I barely know where to start. As a very nervous and very busy Mother of the Bride I just spent 4 days there. Lets Complement People! LaTonya...at Dine. Every detail every day. Paul at the Bar...the best...George in Valet...love him! Alan the Bellhop...could not get a more helpful person. The people not recognized are only not recognized because I did not get their name. Every detail, Every Day, a smile, every minute...this is the most excellent staff. Even the housekeeping knew that after they cleaned the bridal suite and saw the mess we made with flowers and petals and stems and tape, would not let the Bride and Groom come home on their wedding night,to a messy room, they re-cleaned it for us. To tell you every detail I would have to write an entire book. We had a block of rooms for the wedding and there were 3 weddings (that we know of) there that day but you would not know it. We were treated as though our friends, family, were treated as we were the only guests there. The entire staff needs recognition but OH, that LaTonya....every time I walked thru Dine to the door she smiled, waved, asked if there was anything she could do for me. She knew I was tired, nervous, and a cup of coffee and a smile went miles and miles for me. Her attitude should make her CEO. someone plz recognize her immediately. I gave her a hug, a tip, but that does not seem near enough. That little gal saved my sanity.

Great hotel with nice amenities, clean rooms, great staff. I stayed there for business and was pleased with the location. Walking distance to great places to eat and drink. Consider for business, or pleasure.
"Not happy but good recovery"
We had several issues our first day but we expressed our disappointment to manager Tammy Gant and she did an excellent job at service recovery! Before we spoke, I swore we would never stay here again. But she changed my mind. Also the service and food at the restaurant was great, especially bartender Paul!
"Clean and comfortable"
While this one is nothing over the top. It is very nice, clean and comfortable. I have been here for 5 days and not one noise issue. The room is clean and well kept. ALL of the staff I have encountered have gone above and beyond. Special shout out to the concierge in the mornings. He works hard to get cabs ASAP and no matter the craziness, he remained courteous and showed a great attitude!
