"Sunday Spa Saver"
Our room was lovely - huge bed, welcoming bathroom complete with ESPA products plus a sleeping kit and river views were great. Fab spa treatments plus great facilities; hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium, foot spa, rainfall showers and foot baths. The whole space was idylic and not particularly busy plus very clean. We opted to take dinner in our room and the food was good if not a little cooler than expected. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of both of hot and cold food. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and professional and really made us feel welcome.
"Unique location, superb customer service!"
We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and enjoyed a high level of customer service throughout our stay. (Particularly from Tony the concierge). The friendly, helpful staff make this hotel stand out. Also enjoyed watching the comings and goings at the heliport next door! Excellent celeb spotting! Comfortable room but hotel was very hot, especially in the lifts, corridors and fitness room. Overall, a very enjoyable weekend. Thank you to all the staff!
Stayed here for the first time on Sunday for 3 nights. Lovely hotel, room is nice and bed comfortable. Shout out to the housekeepers as our room 306 was spotless and great view as the helipad was outside and the river. The only small negative was there wasn't enough milk in room. Breakfast was good but would of liked a smaller option, i.e. Just cereal instead of having to pay £15.00 for all. The only other negative was that the corridors were ridiculously hot, not great in the height of summer! Enjoyed the spa, great to relax after a day walking around London and what I liked was that it never got busy. The terrace bar was fantastic, throughly enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening outside looking onto the river. The staff in bar were very good. Nice touch to be collected and dropped off to/from railway station, made it very easy. We would definitely stay here again, thankyou to all staff that made our visit pleasurable.
The hotel was chosen as a good standard hotel closer to Wimbledon than the city but in actual fact was poorly located for everything we wanted to do. Not close to anything walkable so taxi's were used to get us to a useful transport hub.
"Plaza London Battersea!"
Good Hotel. The staff constantly do what is required to ensure that your stay is comfortable and stress free. Issue with the air-conditioning in my initial assigned room, however after a brief discussion with the staff at reception, I was moved to a suitable alternative.
