"Very nice stay"
Obviously the hotel is not in the center, so for tourists it might not be the best option, but if you have meetings in Neuily or thereabouts, it is a clean, affordable, friendly option with a great breakfast. Check in and out was quick. Only issue was taxi service.
"Lovely city break in a very fine hotel"
I felt home in the new Crowne Plaza hotel. I enjoyed the quiet room and the really nice shower. The bathroom had a control pad for the TV sound ! It was the first time I ever used it. The reception desk staff has been trained abroad and was suitable for international clients. I had a good Wi-Fi working session. I was worried when someone knocked at my door at 01.30pm asking me if I had wanted to extend my stay. I had paid for the whole day ! I kept complaining until departure without any refund.
The hotel is in a less touristy area of Paris. The rooms and food are average with above average service. There are lots of resturants in the area and if you go about a mile there is a large indoor mall with high end shops.
A really nice part of Paris, with tree lined streets and within easy reach of most things and good bus connections if you want to go local. The room was a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped with a really nice rain shower. Reception staff were great and were very forgiving of my mediocre French. The couple of times I asked for a taxi they got straight on it and the cab arrived within 6 minutes each time. They use your room number to book the taxi by the way, nobody told me that at the time. The Hotel is not massive, there's no big foyer or Atrium. They seemed to have live music at the bar each evening I was there, which is nice. I didn't try the restaurant for dinner but I had room service and the food was excellent! Overall a good stay and I'd stay there again.
"If touring Paris this might be too far out"
I recently spent 2 nights in this hotel for Business. The staff were so friendly with great English, I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a Suite because the hotel was full when I checked in. The suite was amazing, large sitting room with large bedroom with a Kingsized bed. I really enjoyed my stay. However if you are planning on touring Paris city it can be a little bit out but for me it was closer to work and therefore was ideal for me. Breakfast was really nice.
