Très bon hôtel pour profiter du parc Disney. Personnel de salle agréable mais peu ou pas qualifié pour un établissement de ce standing (service à table long et pas organise).Comment of R. Thomas , France the 2015-11-10

"Mommy & Son Trip"
The property is beautiful, the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was my son and I first time visiting France and I was pleased with the welcoming. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet which was pretty typical, fruits, eggs, cereal and loads of bread and cheese. They have vending machines on each floor, when I needed ice I had to get it from the bar which opens in the evening and closes at 11 or 12am. A major plus was the shuttle bus that starts running and 6:30am till 11 or 12. I've definitely took it coming back from the park after 11pm. The ride to Disneyland park from Vienna Dream Castle was literally 5mins. The shuttle also drops you at the train station which can take u into Paris. It's a 45min train ride into Paris.
"Great option not far from Disneyland"
We stayed for one night and had a two day pass to Disneyland. Wanting to maximize our time at the park we turned up very early on the day of our check in so we could drop our bags and head to the park. This wasn't a problem and there's a room where the baggage can be stored pre and post stay while you play at Disneyland. There was a young guy at reception whose name I've forgotten but it started with J, he was just lovely. The buffet breakfast is brilliant with lots to choose from and there's gluten free options upon request. The hotel is decorated like a castle and the theme extends beyond the foyer to the rest of the hotel. Our room was huge with an adjoining room as well. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which I like. The bed was comfy and we slept well. There's regular free shuttles that run to and from the Disneyland park, they get very crowded and people push and shove to get on which was frustrating. There's no queuing system just everyone for themselves, with everyone cramming together and pushing to go through the door - just awful for anyone but I felt for parents with their young kids. One woman had to tell a man off for touching her daughter inappropriately. I don't know if he was being vulgar or if he was a pickpocket checking out her pockets (there's signs everywhere warning of them). The Hotel itself is very good, If anything could be improved this would be it. There are cabs at the park where the buses are so I would use them if I ever went again.
"Nice affordable hotel near Disney"
Nice hotel and near Disney with shuttle service. Rooms is nice, bathroom amenities were good as well. We got a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate WC. Breakfast experience was superb everyday. Staff always lead us to our table and food quality is excellent. My only complain about our experience during our stay was housekeeping forgot to clean our room for a day and also the internet.I had to go to the reception everyday to get a voucher. Upon check-in, they told me to enter name and room number but it did not work. So I told reception about it and that was the only time they gave me a voucher which I was told will be valid during our stay. But the next day, it expired and had to get another code from reception again. Check out experience was excellent. Very quick and allowed us to leave our luggage so we can still go to Disney park.
Got to the hotel via bus/shuttle no 54 at the Marne la Vallee train station which is at the Disney entrance. This shuttle is free and comes at regular intervals (longer intervals on Sundays) and is the 4th stop. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Wifi was good and didn't break connection. Room; stayed on the 5th floor. Expected small room with two single beds but got two doubles. Mattresses were very comfortable and had pleasant nights sleep each night. Also had nice view of fireworks from Disney when we didn't stay for them. Shower and bath were in separate room to toilet. There was also a fold up bed and two comfortable seats in the room. Food; had breakfast each morning and it was good. Tried the buffet dinner once nd found it a bit pricey for the amount available. The only negative thing i would say about the place is that the garden paths looked a bit unkempt at a closer look, but this doesn't affect your stay. Would stay again and highly recommend
"Spent more time in the lobby than enjoying our family vacation."
My family and I arrived on 26MAY17, at approximately 2000. We waited in the check in line for over an hour. There were three families in front of us with two clerks conducting the check ins, I should really say one, because one disappeared for an extended amount of time in the back office. We finally made it to the counter at around 2120, was issued a key and we went to check into the room discovering, it was already occupied. So we proceeded back to front counter, had to wait once again to speak with the clerk, when we got to the counter we informed her the room was occupied. She apologizes, after acting shock that the room was already issued. She went to the back office and brought a supervisor with her. The supervisor directed us to have a seat until they figured out what they could do. It was after 2200 by then, my family, which consisted of a six year old and my Husband, was exhausted after touring central Paris most of the day and traveling to the hotel. The hotel was overbooked, so they told us we would be staying in Circus Circus for one night and to come back the next day to check in. The next day we visited the Disney Park and left early to check back into the Dream Castle at 1810. Once again, waiting on a long line, with one and a half clerks because either one would be in the back office. We were issued a key, went to the room and there was only one king size bed without any bunk beds. To be fair, the staff did leave some pastries with an apology note for the previous day inconvenience. So back to the lobby we went. The clerk apologized once again, issued another key and we checked into the room. The room was extremely hot; we called down to see if we were operating the AC right. The representative instructed us to turn the dial to -5 °C and wait 15 minutes. We decided to have dinner at the buffet, using the “free” dinner voucher we were given for all the previous trouble. I was disappointed in the selection and variety of foods available. Dinner was definitely a miss and I was glad we didn’t pay the full price of $29.99 per person (adult). The drinks were expensive, my son had 2 orange juices, I had 2 orange juices and my husband had 2, 7 ups that totaled to 30 euro. It’s important to note the glasses were not full size glasses either, thus why we each had two. After dinner we went back to the room and to our surprise, was still hot! So, of course back to the lobby, I had a seat because I didn’t want to deal with them. It’s after 2130, so I’m tired just ready to get confortable and get some sleep. I see my husband heading to the elevators; he tells me their sending up maintenance to look at the AC. I told him, I’d wait because he’ll be back down trust me. 20 minutes go by and I see my husband again, looking really upset. I asked if the maintenance man was able to fix the AC, he states, the maintenance man never came. He goes back to the counter and the clerk calls maintenance and tells my husband he’s on his way now and to meet him at the room. My husband departs, and I lost it, I had ENOUGH. I demanded to speak to a manager, and explained I didn’t fly all the way from Italy, pay all this damn money to be in the freaking lobby the duration of my vacation. I told him to see if Circus Circus had any more rooms because this situation is ridiculous and just bad customer service. The clerk himself took us to the Circus Circus, and had them check us in. He stated they only had one more room left, which was a suite and we could have it at no extra cost. The room was a two bedroom with a queen size bed in each, NO bunk beds. My son was so disappointed, he cried and through a tear stained face said he was looking forward to them all day. We stayed the remaining two nights at the Circus Circus. Even though the same company owns both hotels, my experience at the Circus Circus was fairly enjoyable or maybe I feel this way due to the horrible experience with the Dream Castle, anything would have be better.
