"Excellet service, great rooms, friendly staff"
I spent 12 days in the Dusit Thani hotel in AD in a bussiness trip. Amazing place, great rooms, fantastic food. Well organized and spotless clean. One of the staff, a burmese girl called Digit really touched my heart one evening after a long work day. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After speaking for a few minutes, I told her how I loved my trip to Burma i had the chance to do a few years ago. I mentioned the tanaka yellow coloring burmese use on their cheeks and how much I liked it. Next day she asked me to wait for a minute and.. she brought a couple of tanaka bars to me!! Just amazing!! I now want thank Digit for her kindness and generosity. She is a great aset for the hotel. And congratulate the hotel staff and management for a job well done.

"Friday quiet brunch"
Wasn’t that great on our second visit. We had made an impromptu stop there with our daughter (12) few months earlier and it had seemed to hit the spot. Unassuming and simply good Asian selection. But a few months later, staff seemed uninterested (one didn’t even know what a green curry was), dosa station had floppy dosas and certainly no skill was involved, sushi was simply not tasty and uninteresting. What a shame they let their standards drop. And no offers! Place has no customers or ambience. Manager needs to wake up and give this song a tune again! Food quality needs a big wake up call!
"Excellent city hotel"
Excellent 5 stars hotel where I recently stayed 3 weeks. 35 levels, modern architecture, rooms absolutely well kept with all you can need. Everybody in the hotel friendly and smiling, you really feel welcome and recognized. Special thanks to Jeffrey in Urban kitchen, where buffet dinners cooked by a friendly Turkish chef were always outstanding. Only bad point is that you need a taxi to go anywhere, but they are easy to find and relatively cheap.
We arrived very early in the morning (3 a.m.) and the front desk manager was excellent. He presented us with a refreshing towel and a wonderful refreshment with an orchid on the side. Our room was well appointed and very quiet. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and attention to detail was well noted. The staff was very accommodating and meet our expectations for this type of facility. Would highly recommend. Of note, the parking/drop off zone in front of the hotel was congested and the staff their were at times arrogant.
