Founded in 1890, the beautiful 4 star Eden Wolff Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Munich. This plush accommodation has 214 rooms and suits which are elegantly designed, with a hint of classic Bavaria.
Munich has something for everybody. For those who enjoy the theatre and the opera, Munich is a renowned destination for culture and arts. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes, boutique shops, and sports destinations too.
The Eden Wolff Hotel enjoys a central location within Munich, opposite the central station which means exploring the city couldn’t be easier. The Karlplatz and Stachus are within walking distance from the hotel, and from there you have access to the most important sights of historical Munich.
Great hotel and location. No noise could be heard from train station.Comment of G. Michael G, Germany the 2016-04-04
"Very Nice Hotel."
This is a very nice hotel with fairly large bedrooms (although the rooms do vary). Reception staff were very helpful and seemed to speak very good English. I had an issue with the room safe and it was fixed within half an hour. The hotel is very conveniently positioned next to the main-line Munich train station. The Lufthansa airport bus (tickets can be purchased on-line prior to departure, I think it was 17 Euros return) parks right opposite the hotel. The City Centre is about a 15-20 minute walk - turn left when you step out of the hotel and just keep going. The breakfast is rather expensive - I don't know why hotels often charge so much for breakfast. I can recommend Californian Bean cafe, about a 5 minute walk, for breakfast. I little pricey but better value than the hotel, with friendly staff and good food.
"Good location, but that's it"
I was very let down in staying here, but wasn't surprised. Typically I only stay in 5-star hotels, but was attracted to this hotel since it was next to the train station in which we were using a lot on our trip to Munich. The staff were decent and the breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is a bit rundown (both inside and out).
"Cozy, friendly, great location"
The hotel is directly across from the main train station. Very friendly welcome. The room was a bit small, but very comfy including nice easy chair instead of hard-wood chair. Bathroom quite nice. The hotel has a lounge and a restaurant, though I didn't try either. Breakfast was perfect!
"convenient to transportation and sites"
This hotel is across the street from the main train station in Munich. Clean, well-run and right for the price. Nice restaurant, sizable rooms and close to downtown. Only problem we had was internet. Would stay there again.
"Perfect Location for Visit"
This is the second time we've stayed here and will do so again. Great location. Rooms are large by European standards. Nice amenities; nice linens; great air conditioning! Across the street from train station and airport bus. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. However, their restaurant is quiet, charming, and has an excellent menu. The filet of beef is outstanding. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
