Great Hotel, Great Service The breakfast in the Buffet was awesome Just one concierge "Mark" was very unfriendly and not helpful. The other members of the Hotel were very kind and helpful.Comment of D. Nina , Germany the 2015-12-13
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Felt like a real treat. It is next to the Wynn and just north of the fashion show mall. We went in and out via the Wynn hotel and the buses stop just outside the Wynn and the mall opposite. Stunning suite with electronic buttons at side of bed for curtains, lights, privacy, service etc. We booked a B&B package and the breakfast was served in their buffet. We had to time it right since the buffet is very popular and has long queues, but the breakfast was outstanding, with unbelievable choice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Can really recommend if you fancy one of the luxury hotels on the strip. Not too sure about a stay with young children - the way we went in and out via the Wynn said 'no strollers'!. I can only assume that they can use the other entrances! Also no problems at all using Prestigia. Just handed over our hotel voucher and we were expected. Good price too.Comment of C. Perfect hotel! Breakfast was included in our reservation. Going back to Encore in the future.Comment of B. Filip , Belgium the 2015-10-28
The Wynn Encore is an excellent hotel with superb amenities. The staff is helpful and always available. It would be nice to have free internet access or at least a minimum fee covering ALL devices. Including the breakfast buffet in the room package is a big plus.Comment of F. Wayne , United States the 2015-10-13

"Beautiful hotel with a catch"
Stayed at the Encore June 14-16 last week. First off this is an impressive property with excellent facilities . For example the pool areas are pleasing to the eye , clean with a relaxed upscale vibe . Gym equipment is either new or recently upgraded . My standard King suite was beautifully appointed and generous in size and luxury touches such as upgraded linens, pillows , granite surfaces, large HD TV and a spectacular bathroom for a standard room. The catch is the room may be reasonably priced given what I had described at $170 per night however the cost of everything combined with a lack of quality food wise is disappointing. Examples $68 for two rolls and 2 orders of sushi at Andreas's with our drinks . Sushi was the smallest I have ever been served and on par with a food court or grocery store. $45 for the Buffet was decent however no where near one would see in a 4 or 5 star Caribbean resort which I recently visited . I razor blade at the sundries store was $24. Drinks by the pool a whopping $16 each and up. Now if these items were all the best I have experienced I would gladly succumb to the exorbitant prices . However drinks were watered down , food was average and needless to say I did not bother with the razor . Perhaps it's a way to keep the "riff raff" out. But hey , if you enjoy spending over $50 for 3 drinks by the pool have at it. The value simply did not meet the property.
"encore at wynn hotel"
super nice hotel and staff. Had a great time, the pools are amazing with voice of adult only or family. Rooms are so nice best bed ever. My only comment would be to basle for the quiet side as on the pool view side the XS club plays music until 4am and even on the 29th floor you can still hear the beat and it gets worse from 2am to 430.
"Year after Year"
Every year we make this trip and every year we stay at the Encore. Why' The people, the service, the food, the casino, the pool and first and foremost, the beds are excellent!!! Who likes to stay away from home and the comfort of their own bed' Not me, but I don't have to at the Encore. And all I have to do is ask if I need anything and it's there at no charge. A five star hotel with the flair for family at the presidential level. Get to know them and you will never stay anywhere else. From Donna at the front desk to Steven at Sinatra's to Melissa at the lobby bar, they all care to make your stay the best ever.
I scored a very good room with a great view. The staff portrayed a lot of professionalism, and the show was something that captured our hearts as they performed. This hotel seemed to be where the action took place nightly. I'm married, but Mama Mia, phenomenal woman at this hotel.
"One of the best hotels, staff was fantastic"
Stayed for 4 nights in June. Upgraded to a room in the Tower Suites. Overall, this was the nicest hotel I've stayed in, comparable or better to the newer JW Marriotts, which is the best comparison I have. BATHROOM Beautiful, big, marble and glass bathroom. Big glass separate shower. Had a separate showerhead and hand-held shower wand. This is so nice to have in a hotel. Great water pressure. Shower was big, with a seat if needed. Big soaking tub that I could fit in. Nice night-light feature, kept very low lights under the sink on at night. Plenty of towels, 2 robes, and 2 sets of slippers included. BED Great bed, no complaints. Included a between-the-knees pillow, which was nice. REST OF ROOM Beautiful suite, lots of room and a big comfy couch. Floor to ceiling windows. Cool electronic controls for everything. No wired internet, but that is typical in Vegas in my experience. They have a quite nice section of "snacks" outside of the honor bar fridge. The quality of these was actually quite good, and I ate them a few times. STAFF I was probably spoiled a bit, staying in the Tower Suites, but everyone I dealt with was very lovely, and very nice, and absolutely no complaints. TOWER SUITES The tower suites is nice, and probably would be nice the busier the hotel is. You have a separate lobby, separate check-in/check-out desk. Separate entrance, with it's own taxi stand. Staying in the Tower Suites also gets you free VIP entrance to the Buffet, so you can bypass the lines. It's very separate and elitist, but if it's in budget, it's quite nice. RESTAURANTS The food here was outstanding. Ate out on the patio next to the pool at Jardin. Also ate at their Buffet. I found this to be as good or better than any other Vegas buffet I've been at (include Ceasars'). And it's so clean and open and airy. The other big difference is that the table service was far better here than any other buffet I've been to. The gentleman never let our waters run out, and had plenty of fresh updates to coffee and mimosa. CASINO/REST OF HOTEL This property, combined with the Wynn, is just spectacular. Beautiful scenery, big open, and gorgeous. I don't gamble, so I didn't see any of that. LOCATION About the only downside is the location. It's not central to most of the action on the strip, so I ended up using taxi's all the time. VALUE This is not a cheap hotel, especially the Tower Suites options. I came here at the recommendation of someone who travels a great deal, and I thought it was worth it. I was also told, but haven't confirmed, that rooms can be had very cheap here during the "off season" in late October, November & December.
