Great hotel with quality services, the price is very high in the purchases made inside the hotel, we felt the lack of a package that included lunch and drinks, also has a high quality photo service with paparazzi, we made great photos with the Rafael!
"Excellent location and cleaning, but expensive considering the offered services"
The location is excellent, as well as the swimming pool in the hotel. The room is very good. The internet is not so good. The front desk service is always time consuming. The hotel does not offer services in the beach (as well as the other hotels in the area) and also it does not offer free towels in the swimming pool. There are a lot of food and many options, but the quality is only "ok". Beverages and healthy food are offered only in the breakfast. The hotel is good for kids and family. There is a company in the hotel (Paparazzi) that take exellent photos and you can ask for their service.
"Horrible service, awful restaurant... never again"
We stayed for a week in this hotel and was one of the worst places I have ever been. First we booked a luxury room sea view and when we arrived they gave us a room inferior of the one we payed for, much smaller and nothing to do with the pictures, we complained at reception and they changed for us to the one that we booked in the first place. The restaurant is just awful. Breakfast is fine, the rest... no comments, unless you are Brazilian you don't have a clue of what you're eating, no labels, even asking the waitress she didn't even know what it was, not even ingredients, food allergies... after I complain the 4th day they started putting labels with the ingredients in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The restaurant is dirty and the waiters are too busy chatting to each other so basically you have to eat with dirty dishes on your table from the previous people and you'll end up your meal before the drinks are on the table. The menu is poor, we choose it because in the website said that they have different nights from cuisines around the world... well pasta and rice every single night. The japonese night didn't exist, the table full of sushi that appeared on the pictures apparently they stopped doing it 2 months ago and didn't take the picture... The only good thing was the location.
Stayed here in January for 2 weeks with our friends, we booked a luxury room. the room was far from being luxury, I tried to get my point over but no one speaks English, so it was very hard work, the hotel was ok but the food was rubbish suppose ok if you are Brazilian, must say the people are lovely and cleaniness is at a very high standard. When going out at night we had to have a taxi to take us as it it not good to walk because of getting mugged but that was no problem as the taxis were very cheap. All in all the holiday was ok but would not go back again to Natal
"Never ever again"
We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, worst mistake of my life. Breakfast is ok but normally chaotic, fruit juices at breakfast (unless you order and pay for it) are a very weak watery misture. During the week the entertainment alternate between different theme nights and the food follow the theme, music is awfully loud and unfortunately the food is not even close the "Asian", "Mexican" or whatever theme they choose, but it is a rubbery tasteless lump of something uneadible. The rooms are comfortable, but showers have no power at all. There are two major problems that in my view ruined our stay there: One of the nights at 11:30pm there was kids running up and down the stairs (Heath and safety'!) playing around and shouting, I come out of the room and politely asked them to keep the noise down, it last 2 minutes, taking in consideration that my husband had a early phone call the following day I lost my cool and went to the reception, the kids' patented were no where to be seen. My husband left one night before me, as I was staying a little longer with my my family, I ordered a taxi to take him to the airport, up on arrival the taxi asked for me at the reception and mentioned that he was taking us to the airport, we got in the car and then two guys who worked at the hotel came after us to stop the taxi as we haven't checked out, it looked like a scene from a comedy show or something, everybody was looking at us like we were dishonest people, they had our card details and our stay was paid in full when we booked the hotel. I am convinced that they went to our room to check if the rest of the luggage was there. My husband left only with a small hand luggage, there was no reason to come after us like we were criminals. Was very embarrassing to say at least.
