"Nice hotel, good for extended stay"
This hotel is a nice, quite and unassuming place for an extended stay in downtown Toronto. A block off of Young Street, which was under nightly construction during my stay, this property is a combination of condos and hotel rooms. It's very quiet and has a nice restaurant/bar in the lobby. Staff is friendly and accommodating and service is very nice.
"Condo style hotel"
Great location near financial and entertainment districts. Rooms with wooden floors and amazing view (on the good south or west sides). Hotel is quiet, clean and has a nice friendly staff. Would return.
Service provided by hotel and restaurant staff was very personable and excellent. A high back chair , recliner, or couch would have improved comfort level while watching tv or relaxing in suite. Bed wa very comfortable.
"Compact but stylish"
This hotel looks good from the outside, but great from the inside ! It is squeezed between two other buildings, which makes that it's narrow but very tall. The location of the hotel is great ! Walking distance from some good restaurants, shops and small city parks. The room looked like a small flat with a hallway and a kitchen. It looks very cool but the problem is that a lot of space goes wasted. Try moving around with a suitcase. The bed was rather small but there was no space to put something larger. This bed was surrounded by top-to-bottom glass. What a nice touch ! Looked like a very expensive penthouse ! The bathroom was also tiny, but the shower was equipped with a handwasher ! First hotel out of six during his trip that had this ! As I already mentioned; the location of the hotel was pretty good. But the drawback of a centralised location is...noise. Expect to hear a lot of city-sounds during the night. We could hear a party somewhere in the neighbourhood which lasted 'till...late. You might want to bring some earplugs. I'd use this hotel again if I were to visit Toronto once more.
"A hidden hotel"
The hotel is easily missed among the other buildings, but it has a great location. It's only a short walk to Union Station where you have access to the subway and streetcar systems. It's also not too far from a stop on the sightseeing bus route. I had a one-bedroom suite that was quite comfortable. It was really handy to have a washer and drier in the room. However, the wifi was extremely weak in the room and nothing was done about it despite me going down to reception and notifying them about it.
