Terrible service and clogged shower drain
The shower was clogged as soon as we turned on the shower. We had to call 3 times and waited over 2 hours to finally have someone come after room service promised they were sending someone right away...

Fantastic waitress.
We dined at the Louisa restaurant on June 18th. We had a fabulous waitress whose name was Maxine. Very friendly and helpful. She took great great of us and would recommend you try this restaurant.
