Central hotel, but reallly bad. Extremely small rooms. I was staying in a room meant for two people, and that was really small. No aircondition, almost no space to keep your bags, suitcases and clothes. No desk, just a shelf in the cupboard section. No minibar, no fridge. Really old and very small lift. Lobby bar not open before 1600. I would not recommend this hotel, and will certainly not be back. They claim to be environmental friendly. Maybe so - but comfort for guests comes second.
"First hotel 27"
Have just spent 4 weekday nights in Hotel 27, having read the reviews, We asked for a room on higher floor, and glad we did, because of the noise. We were provided an air conditioned superior double on the 5th floor. Our stay was a comfortable one, quiet enough for a restful night. Had a view of The town hall, which has a Big Ben style tower, it didn't ding through the night, thank goodness, used it as an 8am alarm clock! Room- good shower/bathroom, room was ok. Breakfast was good, the Danish know how to cook crispy bacon!! Was lots of variety- meat, cheese, fry up, pastries, fruit etc etc. Location was great, very central, had a fab holiday!
"not what we were expecting"
the hotel is modern and stylish with a hint of old about it. very clean with a bar attached with it. very good location always found it however many Carlsbergs we had. key card entry to rooms and late night front door. if you dont like bells you may need ear plugs we were at the back and heard them clearly only to 12 am and starts at 6 am.the room was small with a shower room also small but very usable, a lot of storage available with safe and tv with english channels. i think you could get better rooms for more money which i think we would have done if we knew alittle more about the rooms it was not what we were expecting. our room would have suited young single or couple. staff very friendly and polite.
"Cleaning needs to be improved and they only have a very limited amount of parking"
I believe they never cleaned behind the radiators in the bathroom and you see that when you go to the bathroom easily. The homepage state they are one of few hotels in central Copenhagen having their own garage. Well the garage is for ten cars and the hotel is a lot bigger. Street parking is about 50 DKR during daytime. Breakfast is good thou
"Copenhagen Stop Over"
On arrival we could of done with some help with our luggage. once inside the staff were friendly and helpful but still no porter. The room was very clean but a little small and the bed was quite comfortable. Buffett breakfast was fine
