"Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel"
The Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Dublin was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. We had our farewell dinner in the dinning room and it was wonderful. Too bad we only had one night there.
"18 years of Excellence"
Our yearly trip to our favourite hotel. Went for Father's Day treat 2 nights stay along with a visit to Robbie Williams. The best location in Dublin So easily accessible. I parked the car on Friday afternoon and didn't step back into it until Sunday afternoon. You can walk to the best restaurant in Ireland Mervyn Stewart's Guinea pig in Dalkey On my list of restaurants It is with doubt the best in the world The castle is certainly the best in Ireland Ive stayed in. The Fitzpatrick in New York is fantastic too The staff are magnificent Surroundings beautiful 10 minute walk to the dart station and in half an hour your in the city centre Then back from the hustle and bustle of Dublin for a gunpowder gin and tonic on the lawn. An afternoon siesta and down to the Guinea Pig for a romantic meal Finnegans bar for a pint and some craic then a nice meander back to the castle for a nightcap Keep doing it Fitzpatrick You got my vote We will see you in 2018
We had a 2 night stay with dinner . The rooms were good and the sea view room was great we had a family room for the teen kids and as family rooms go it was a good size. The dinner menu had a good choice for the teenagers, which sometimes you dont get with 4 star hotels .The food we had was very good and so was the service. The hotel is about a 10/15 min down hill walk to Dalkey village good choice of restaurants. Like all hotels you could find fault in small things here and there , but nothing that effected our stay in a negative way . I would return again .
"Short walk from Dalkey and train station to Dublin"
Good hotel with friendly staff and great location. Walking trails with great views are nearby, the town of Dalkey is a short walk away with some great restaurants. There is a train station nearby so no need to drive into Dublin. Rugs and furniture are a little worn.
"Grand and awesome!"
This was the last night of our Ireland adventure. My sister and I had a beautiful large room. It was clean and had everything. The lady at the front desk actually offered to help us with or GPS that had died. She took it home and charged it for us! What great service.
