Five Hotel & Spa is ideally located one minute walking distance from ‘le Palais des Festivals’ and the famous and prestigious La Croisette.
"One step beyond"
Let's be honest, unless you pay for a room overlooking La Croisette and the beach in Cannes, there's little point in booking a room at the "classic" hotels like Majestic Barriere, Martinez, and Carlton. If you want (and can afford) those sea views, then go for it! Five Seas is just one street back, so you don't "see the sea", but what you get is better rooms, modern and with more space, and the same level of care (very high). Use the money you save on food at the wonderful restaurants in Cannes. This was my second stay at Five Seas and it's the perfect place to explore Cannes - central, quiet and high quality. A classic boutique with care and class.
"We liked it"
This is a fairly new hotel (5 years old) and includes all mod cons. Centrally located, near the beach and a 5 minute walk from the station and bus depot. Beautifully designed, these people really care. Lighting in the room is great but is a little confusing to operate. We would definitely stay here again.
"Lovely Boutique Hotel."
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, centrally located hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious, with an excellent shower. The hotel and the room itself, were spotlessly clean.
"Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, amazing spa!"
Excellent hotel staff were super friendly, both front of house and the spa staff. The room was lovely comfortable bed, wonderful big bath and nicely designed bathroom. Free mini bar in the room is a nice touch. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for something special during their stay in Cannes.
Visited this hotel already twice, last time we spent here 6 days during summer holidays and highly recommended! If you are looking for an extraordinary quality with excellent service, then this hotel is the best choice. We have also tried other 5* hotels in Cannes but this stays our option number 1. It is a little hidden in the small streets of Cannes but still remaining in great location, close to beach, Palais de Festival and restaurants/night life. Hotel room was clean, interior well arranged, and spacious. I like the bathroom being separated from the rest of the room by designed metal "mesh". The service was really extraordinary, we have been offered a massage in the beginning of our stay, constantly supplied with water and room, of course, has been always prepared for night. The hotel was also reserving for us sun chairs at one of the beaches. We also tried the restaurant at the rooftop which was excellent, among others I would definitely recommend a lobster or risotto for a light dinner. Both dishes were very tasty. More than anything, I would really highlight the service. As it is not such a big hotel, the staff was paying high attention to our comfort. This is their great advantage.
