Let your staff know when to apologize especially when the room is not quite ready at check-in or hire new ones that cares, friendly and have compassion
Cleanliness of the hotel
Everything at the hotel was very good. Inside the rooms, there are some needed fixations but everything was very clean. The service was excellent and so helpful.
