"Second to none"
My first and last review was in 2012 when this hotel was undergoing construction and renovation. At that time I was impressed with this hotel and continue being impressed still today. Service is really top notch and second to none in Buenos Aires. Facilities are excellent, rooms very comfortable, and the gym and spa very good. Food is of high quality, whether at the Elena restaurant or room service. I highly recommend it.
"Nice but not without problems"
Great location, great restaurant, nice interior but some problems popped up. There was a loud clanging noise coming from the pipe system in my room which maintenance could not resolve. While I got a small discount off of the stay I do think that, for the price paid, it wasn't enough. The check out was slow and led to not being able to have enough time to change before heading to the airport for a redeye.
"Great location, very good service and Restaurants"
The Hotel is has a feeling of small hotel.Great location with a dozen good Restaurantes around. You are in Recoleta, one of the Best areas of the City and walking distance to Puerto Madero.Classy and yet not too expensive.Understanding prices today in Buenos Aires
"Great hotel and location"
I stayed there for a couple of night only and the experience was fantastic. My room was nice, good size and made me feel like at home. Staff was very nice and ready to help. I could not use the facilities (gym, restaurant..) so I won't comment on that. Good location and good restaurants close by. I will stay again at Four Seasons in my next visit.
"Probably the best hotel in Latin America"
I have spent more than 30 years travelling extensively and frequently all over Latin America, mainly on business. With the exception of the Guyanas and a few places in the Caribbean, I have been everywhere in "The Americas", North, Central and South. It is therefore very gratifying to find a place which is a real joy to visit. Buenos Aires has always been one of my favourite cities in the region but, ever since the Four Seasons opened a few years ago after a major refurbishment, the experience of visiting BsAs has been even further enhanced. Everything seems to run effortlessly from the moment you check-in. The Front Desk staff are always extremely courteous and the rooms are beautifully furnished and appointed. There is an excellent restaurant called Elena where I have only ever been for breakfast but that in itself is a recommended experience. There's also a fabulous bar on the Lobby level called Pony Line which has a spectacular cocktail menu and also does a great line in Angus Beef hamburgers. It gets very busy after Thursday evening through till Sunday though. Check out also the secret garden BBQ area called "Nuestro Secreto". Furthermore, the hotel is located in the delightful Recoleta district of Buenos Aires where you have some fabulous restaurants within 3 minutes' walk and some world class shops close by too. All in all, a terrific place well worth staying for a few nights.
