This Las Vegas luxury hotel is brilliantly positioned on the legendary Las Vegas Boulevard, at the heart of The Strip.
Great place to stay in Vegas if you sometimes like to get away from the craziness of the madness!!Comment of C. Nicholas , United Kingdom the 2017-01-23
"A few little glitches but overall a good experience, would stay there again"
Wanted a quiet place away from the main hustle of the strip and casinos but not too far, and location at the far south end of the strip on the top floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel was perfect. Stayed in a Sunrise/Sunset suite with a strip view which was really nice. I think suite is warmer and more inviting than it looks in the pictures on the website. Nice spacious closet/dressing area. The fitness center is smallish but nice with typical equipment. Staff was helpful and friendly, although when we called to check out and asked for a bellman we waited over 30 minutes and no one came so we finally brought our bags down ourselves. Not sure if they forgot, or were busy, but a bit unusual for a Four Seasons. Silly little thing that bugged me: I took out a few non perishable drinks from the small mini refrigerator to put in 2 or 3 of my own (hotel brand) waters and preferred cans of soda pop and when we were out on a walk someone on staff came in and moved it all back! Not really a big deal but guess I just wanted to vent :). I personally enjoyed the fact that it was an oasis of mostly quiet and calm with easy access through a doorway to the Mandalay Bay if you wanted to get a quick high energy fix.
Fantastic location super quite but close to all the action on demand. The staff is super Courteous, helpful and well trained. All you see is quality products and services. I’ve been to number of hotels on the strip but hands down this tops them all in every way. I highly recommend the four seasons for couples and families it’s the best
I love this this hotel chain. We have stayed at the four seasons many times and it's always wonderful. Four seasons Las Vegas has the best service and the staff are so thoughtful. We stayed in a strip view room on the 38th floor. The room was perfect, the bed is like a cloud. Wide view straight up the strip. On our first night I was feeling unwell and needed to cancel our dinner booking. I was brought up homemade fresh chicken soup and bread rolls from the kitchen. So appreciated and it had me well again and ready to enjoy our anniversary holiday the next day. We were chauffeured in the house car to the shops yesterday and to our shows today - the car is available on a 1st come basis. The wait was never long. We received treats when we got in from shopping to celebrate our anniversary and late checkout tomorrow. ....and all complimentary/inclusive! Last night we had jet lag and decided to use the gym at 1am. Security met us there to let us in. The equipment in the gym is new Matrix equipment. A lot of machines and a large gym, very clean and water and towels on every machine. Thank you for making our anniversary stay special and for taking care of us. All the staff here are wonderful. We will be back for sure. Note - this hotel has a seperate lobby and lobby bar to the Mandalay bay, which means no cigarette smoke in the lobby because the casino is seperate. This is a huge plus as the smoke becomes quite overwhelming if you are not a smoker. From what I saw during my stay Four seasons is the only hotel on the strip to offer this. Best of both worlds as you can access the Mandalay bay casino and tram from the four seasons lift, if you choose to.
"Once again a perfect stay"
Once again we stayed at Four Seasons Las Vegas. Once again it was just a great stay! This year we had a Strip View room. The view (no matter if day or night) is amazing and you can sit there forever and just look around. Like always the rooms were very clean and also quiet. We also enjoyed the pool and Spa. (I hope that maybe FS Las Vegas will read my words...but a big thank you to the whole pool and Spa-staff! And from my husband a special Thank You to Toni from the men's Spa) I've to say that all employees give their best to make your stay great! So, if you want a quiet and great place in Las Vegas I can highley recommend Four Seasons Las Vegas.
"Another Wonderful Stay, Great service & view"
We always stay at the Four Seasons in Vegas for several reasons: 1)non-smoking property (good for the kids) 2)since the property is located on the top 4 floors of Mandalay Bay, quick & private elevators take you straight to the Casino level of Mandalay Bay 3)pool - quiet and serene, pool attendants very attentive 4)quick access to Mandalay bay pools 4)even though it is located at one end of the strip, there are trams that can take you to the Luxor/Excalibur, then you can walk across the bridge, and take another tram down towards the middle of the strip; otherwise, uber is great. There is a $39 Resort fee now (per night), but you get all the bottled water you need, free wi-fi (good speed), phenomenal service. Parking is valet only at $29/night. The rooms are very spacious - we were upgraded to a nice view of the strip & my son loved watching the planes land & take off (property is well insulated against airport noise). You get the typical Four Seasons branded toiletries, plush bathrobe. However, our room didn't come with the the plush bath slippers, and we had to ask for them - housekeeping will bring them if you ask. We had breakfast twice in Verandah - food was delicious & reasonable in $. There's a nice lobby bar and poolside bar. We are looking forward to our next stay in Vegas at the Four Seasons again.
