Reasonable venue.
While the hotel is in a remote part, there were some good qualities that make the hotel a reasonable destination. The staff for the most part were helpful and friendly. They arranged for bike rentals....

Does not deserve a 4 star rating
Worst Marriott we have ever stayed. Bare minimum amenity (only offer toothbrushes and towels) and outdated rooms. Most of the rooms have NO VIEW of the Fuji Mountain, except certain hot spring rooms. ...
