"Great location in the Zona Rosa"
Nice rooftop pool, small and shallow, so not quite a swimming situation, but the deck is nice and the tiling is beautiful. Small gym to the side of the pool. Almost impossible to figure out how people are getting drinks delivered to them, so they really need to make that clearer, as we just gave up. The bar in the basement is pretty good, decently priced for the area and friendly staff. The main floor has two restaurants, though service is at a snails pace, so better to eat elsewhere in the area. Very close to La Reforma, and the crazy nightlife the area. Great room, air conditioning works wonderful, and lots of little shops around to stock up your room as well. Bed is comfortable, nice desk if you need to work, and basic cable if you are looking to watch something before sleep. Front desk is friendly, business centre has two computers, though the printer was broken when we were there.
"Nice hotel, good location"
Very nice hotel with good amenities. Staff bit lazy but that is the culture. The penthouse had issues with maintenance and swimming pools as well, was disturbing while being there. The service in the restaurants was average, staff was not nice and helpful.
"Very very nice hotel"
Everybody was nice , staff , food and room were all excellent . They were very professional. I would recommend this hotel 100%. It has everything. My flight was delayed and they allow me to stay a couple of hrs, which was nice
"Nice hotel, excellent location"
If you're worried about the quality of accommodations in Mexico, rest assured: The Galeria Plaza Reforma would be a 4-star business hotel anywhere in the US. Everything was very clean, business-elegant (not luxe, but spiffy) and professional. Being near the Plaza Reforma puts you right in the middle of the "touristic" district -- essentially Mexico City's Times Square, although without all the flashing billboards. The one downside is that, like Times Square, the Plaza Reforma generates a lot of traffic noise, which even double-paned windows and AC can't exclude. If you aren't terribly noise-sensitive, though, this hotel is a fine choice -- especially if you can find an online discount, as I did (at $78/night, it's a steal!).
"lovely stay in CDMX"
I had a wonderful time at the Galería Plaza Reforma! The location is Central and convenient, the staff attentive and efficient, the food delicious, and the rooms clean and pleasant. There is even a little gym with everything you need for a nice morning workout.
