"Grand Bohemian lounge delicious with great service"
We came to the Bösendorfer Lounge at the Grand Bohemian to have a late night cocktail and a snack after an amazing Diana Ross concert at the Dr Philips Performing arts Center. There was a huge crowd that came in all at once right after the concert and the staff here at the Bösendorfer lounge was brilliant! Within minutes they had taken everyone's order and brought them delicious fresh food. We had the very tasty mushroom and crème fraiche pizza!! What great teamwork the staff here has at Grand Bohemian in Orlando. Erica was our amazing server! Great service, delicious cuisine, makes for a delightful experience – the only thing missing was live music on the gorgeous Böeendorfer grand piano !
"Trendy, Gorgeous Boutique Hotel"
The Grand Bohemian is a treasure in downtown Orlando. Unique in everyway. The location is perfect no matter what venue you are in town for. The moment you walk through the front doors you know this is not a typical hotel. The artwork that covers every floor in the hotel is simply amazing. The rooms are as unique as the artwork and very clean. The lobby bar and restaurant with the round piano room in-between superb. The rooftop pool, classy abd elegant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone visiting the downtown Orlando area or even for a romantic weekend getaway.
When my husband and I got to the hotel we were immediately greeted by valet in a very welcoming way. They offered to charge our Tesla which we thought it was excellent, also provided us with bell assistance and directed us to the front desk. Once there the process was extremely quick. Great customer service as well. Room was all I expected to be. Very clean and with an amazing view. For those who plan coming here: The service, food, ambient and people are everything you are looking for in a wonderful stay. I'll be sure to come back.
"Restaurant Great, Hotel Is A Fail Due To Poor Service"
I ate at the restaurant during my stay several times. The food was very good and the service outstanding. The hotel should take lessons from the restaurant staff. Upon check in the room was not very clean. There were two hairs in the bathtub and there was dust on the furniture surfaces. I was tired after traveling and cleaned it myself. The next day at 5PM I returned to the room to find it still hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk and complained. Housekeeping called shortly thereafter and said they would send someone up but I told them not to at that point. I was taking a nap before dinner. About thirty minutes later a housekeeper knocks on the door and enters quickly, disturbing my nap. Even worse I sent an email to the manager, the email address was given to me by the front desk, complaining and attaching pictures of the dusty surfaces. Almost a week later there was no response. Not even an apology. Service doesn't get much worse than that. Upon check out I went to the Starbucks attached to the hotel and another guest told me his room was not cleaned one night of stay. I also note that a recent reviewer since my stay notes her room wasn't clean so my experience was not an isolated incident. It's a pretty hotel. The rooms are nice. Valet and front desk are polite but service that is basic is lacking. I'll try the aloft on my next business trip Orlando.
"Great Art Collection"
Enjoyed my stay at the Grando Bo! Very Artistic experience and lounge mood and feel. Was there for a business meeting and was a little eclectic for that but all And all great experience. This is an older hotel that has been remodeled.
