"STAFFS VERY UNPOLITE"
I planned to have dinner at grand cafe with my wife on July 22nd, 2017. First, when i called the hotel's operator to book restaurant, she was simply connect me to the restaurant without saying anything before. I think it's ok, maybe she was busy handling another call at the same time. When i had connect with the restaurant, someone (lady) answered my call and i ask for the price she was passed me to another person who handle the reservation (her voice showing that she is busy with their guests). After all, i decided to cancel my dinner plan at your hotel. That's how important training how to serve the guest especially for 5* hotel like yours. I think the management need to give daily training regarding how to make excellent service to your guest. Please show that 5* hotel has 5* service!
"AMAZING HOTEL WITH BEST LOCATION"
Very nice hotel, location is excellent . Staff is friendly and helpful. Value for money. Connected to the mall. They gave me late check out till 2pm without any fuss. Breakfast has many choices and service was very quick
my bastub had lots of hair. room was not clean. breakfast was unfortunate. For Japanese, there was nothing to eat. waiter asked me to take up coffee by myself. Horrible service hotel itself is not so new
"Revisit after a long absence"
I returned to the Grand Hyatt after a long absence and happy that I am reacquainted with this Jakarta landmark. "Tired looking & need renovation!"
Very old hotel in general- need a renovation! Carpet and curtains look very tired and wallpaper is old. However, it's in good location. Service is very average! Staff need more training, very inpatient room dining service.
